Sales person very professional; installation of 11 windows in one day and cleaned up the working area. Covered my wood floors in the house to prevent damage. Very happy with the quality of the product. Little mistake on the windows on the vinyl siding but the will be fixing it no problem. Sales person came by to see and will fix the problem.

Replaced all the windows and doors in our townhouse. The sales staff were very friendly, polite and informative. We were allowed to observe how they manufacture the products on site. Pricing was very fair; they honored a year old quote. The installers, Martin and Jon, were very responsive to my questions about the installation process. There were no issues in terms of clean-up and a follow-up appointment for a few minor touch ups was booked and completed within a week.

My husband and I have been dealing with this company for approx. 13 years. They have replaced all of our doors and windows and we call them every time something needs servicing. They are friendly, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I am a real estate sales person and often recommend them to clients. They deserve the top rating of 10 stars!

We negotiated in November for replacing six windows, on the understanding that it would be done in late winter/early spring. The installers showed up in February, and were extremely professional and considerate in the way they did their work. So far the windows are great, exceeding our expectations, and we like their simple and convincing warranty. We have seen a lot of work being done by Verdun in this neighborhood, and would recommend them to anyone.

Estimator was good, began with a very competitive price and was willing to negotiate down even more. Installation crew was quick, in and out in one day. Did notice after that they missed some of ghe caulking around the inside top/bottom of some casing shich does allow exterior air in. So far no problems after 7 months.

I'd like to pass along my thanks to the crew that installed my windows as well as the gentleman that came to examine a leak I had, nearly a year later. I had my windows replaced in fall 2012. When shopping around, I initially decided to go with Verdun since your prices were well below other companies I'd called, however had I known the level of service I would receive from your staff, I would gladly have signed with Verdun even if the price had been higher. Not only am I more than satisfied with the product, the crew who attended was very friendly and were in and out of my place within a few hours. They were so quick and even took the time to clean up the debris left behind and wash the newly installed windows. As this is the first time I've had to replace windows, I'm not sure if this is standard practice but I really appreciated it since I have pets who would have tracked the debris all over the house. I'd like to make special mention of the worker who attended my house just this past winter when I realized I had a leak in the area of the new window. Thinking it was the window, I called your company to have it addressed and someone attended the very next day to examine the source of the leak. It turned out the leak was due to ice damming on my roof and not the window. What the worker did for me next is what I want to underline. This is my first house and I've never heard of ice damming before, so he explained how ice damming happens and why the leak looked like it would be a window issue. I told him that I'd just had the shingles replaced the year prior. Seeing that I was a little overwhelmed by it all, he assured me that any general contractor could solve the ice damming problem easily and even called one that he knew for me (who ended up coming over that day to examine my roof!). It's such a simple thing, to take the time and explain things to a new home owner, but I don't want it to go unnoticed that he didn't simply tell me it's not the window and leave. In a stressful time for me, I really appreciated it. I have been recommending Verdun to everyone who mentions having their windows replaced!

We had 6 windows replaced in cold snowy January. The installation was completed promptly and the house left very clean. The windows are a great improvement. Would highly recommend Verdun.

Verdun windows and doors were great to work with. They did a fantastic job with our windows! They put in the windows very quickly and cleaned up when they were done.
