We had 4 new windows installed in mid January during the coldest weeks and we were concern. We can tell you truthfully that we lost very little house heat during the process. The old windows were prepared to be removed and the new ones were installed quickly. The 2 men that did the installation were brothers and they work perfectly together, leaving our home spotless at the end of the job. Simce the old windows were over 25 years and were wooden, the new windows are easier to clean, no drafts and must be well insulated as we no longer hear outside noises as before. The service was wonderfull from begining to end and would highly recommend Verdun Windows.

Excellent service. The guys were very polite. They were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. We replaced 2 windows and are very satisfied with our new windows. They look great.

Verdun doors & windows have been a real pleasure to deal with. The service was excellent, from first home visit to installation. The new doors look fantastic and the installation is perfect. It took them a couple of hours to do the work and the left the place tidy and clean.

Product, installation and customer service are all first rate. We were so totally satisfied with Verdun Windows and Doors that 4 days after the completion of the initial job we went back to Verdun and ordered 5 more windows and patio door to be replaced. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Excellent service from initial sales call through to installation. It was a big job on a cold day, but the team of 5 guys was up to the challenge. The windows are great quality, custom fit to each window. I notice a big difference in reduced noise levels and increased warmth (comfort). Very pleased with the result!

Excellent windows, just as the sales rep showed us. Also very pleased with the screens and mechanisms - a huge improvement over our 30 year old originals. The installation crew really impressed me. Very polite, very clean, experienced, skillful and they took care to custom fit the framing to our built-in wall units. On a cold day, those hands did excellent work. Bravo!
