We placed an order for a replacement bay window. From the quote through the installation and receipt processing the service was professional, courteous and timely. The end product looks fantastic. Very pleased. Excellent value for money. Congrats to Colin, Luc and Emmanuel!

Overall very pleased with both service and product. The windows look fantastic. I wasn't present when they were installed, but they were done professionally. For the most part clean up of old windows and associated debris was good, however I did find a few small pieces of glass, aluminum shards and nails adjacent to work area. I have young children and a family dog that frequent that area and this is a safety concern. Not sure if the installation crew has a 'sweep', or person that goes around after the job and inspects area for debris, but definitely something that should be considered. Thanks Verdun, happy to have been able to purchase locally and would most definitely recommend. Great price for service and product.

We had windows replaced. Service was good from beginning to end - from the first visit during which our needs were discussed. A quote was provided on site. The wait time to get to have windows delivered and installed was reasonable. The installers were friendly and completed work within a couple of hours.

We had new basement windows installed this year to replace old wood framed windows. The Verdun team has been great to work with - very friendly sales rep (Mike) who spent the time to explain their products and provide details on prices and options. Verdun was priced competitively compared to other companies in the area. The installation crew was on time, very polite and quick, ensuring that I was happy with the final product before they left. Very happy with my experience with Verdun.

We were impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness afterwards, and friendliness of the staff. They arrived on time and left at the time predicted. As one screen was scratched, another one was delivered to us the following day.The company was referred by a neighbour and we will recommend them to others with no reservation.

Got a few quotes done from several companies. Verdun offered best quality versus price. The salesmen Michel was professionnel and helpful. The installation was done in an afternoon, the crew cleaned up and did a wonderful job. The windows are of very good quality. Would definitely recommend this company.

Salesman Colin was knowledgable and helpful in deciding what to pick. Jesse and 2 other workers showed up at the agreed upon time and quickly got to work. It took them only 3.5 hours to complete the job and cleanup. The windows look great and we lve them. Thanks so much!

In August I had 27 windows replaced PLUS a front door with side light PLUS a patio door. This work was done at our two garden homes and our personal residence. I researched this quite thoroughly and met with several different manufacturers. I chose Verdun because of the references I received, the work I had seen that they had done and their professionalism. I met with Dominique initially and then finished the deal with Steve Young. Both men were very professional and responded quickly to all of my questions. I was incredibly surprised when the work was scheduled for all three homes to be done on the same day. I met the crew at 6:30am and my first impression was that these five men were "young". I quickly discovered that they were extremely efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone had a task and they worked hard the entire day finishing up three homes around 6pm. At the end of the day I can say I am glad they were young. It was an incredibly busy day for them and they needed this youthful stamina! They worked very hard and as a team. I stayed out of their way but when I did have a question or concern they were most respectful. Their team leader Alex was very thorough and I quickly saw that he would ensure the job was getting done properly. I must add that each young man did take ownership for completely their own task. I was concerned about the homes being as clean after all these windows were installed. They vacuumed everywhere and had plenty of drop cloths to protect the floors. I would highly recommend this company. I would like to close that in the days following my install I had a couple of concerns and I had the opportunity to deal with Gen Allard. She was a delight to deal with and my concerns were immediately dealt with. I waited a little while before writing this review as I wanted to be sure one month later I am still pleased with my experience with Verdun. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From my first contact with Verdun, Steve Young, to the installation team, I have nothing but great things to say about them. Great suggestions by Steve on window selections and A1 installers. They had some insulation seepage on the outside and said they'd be back to following week to remove it once it dried and re-caulk. They were back exactly as promised. The house was as clean when they left as when they arrived! One of my best home improvement experiences. I'd highly recommend Verdun Windows and Doors.
