I chose Verdun to change 4 windows on one occasion and 2 doors on a second occasion. I had a perfect service on both times with professional young men, Stephane and Jimmy. They cleaned everything before leaving. They worked continuously all morning and their service is worth a A+. After a week, I realize that the door knob in the mud room was not convienient, a lever would be better. I called Michel Malette, and without hesitation, sent me someone to change it (no fee). I had to deal over the phone on several occasions with David Malette and Michel Malette . I always got excellent and professional service from them even if the sale was closed. I would recomment Verdun witout hesitation.

We were recommended by two separate friends who were each verified satisfied with the product and service provided to them by Verdun. We had a visit from one of the salesman, Michel, who was very straightforward with the pricing and details of the project, no pressure tactics at all, and we felt no obligation to sign or accept the offer.....as we had from a previous window installation company. We were also invited to go see the Verdun window factory in Vars to see the windows being made, which we did and were taken on a mini-tour of the facility and were shown and explained all the different parts and processes of creating the windows. We scheduled the installation date, and were greeted by 3 friendly employees who were very professional. They did a great job, and cleaned up very well....there was no mess or trace of them being there once the job was done. We had 1 minor problem with a window that was not the right size, therefore we informed our sales rep, he immediately took the correct measurement and put in the order for a replacement. 1 week later, they came back to install the replacement window. Now everything is complete and we are satisfied.

When getting quotes for replacement windows and doors asked several people how they liked their company that they had bought from. The most positive responses came from customers of Verdun windows and door with comments, salesmen aren't pushy, installation finishes are well done and quality for the money makes them the only company to go with. We met with Colin Elkins in July, I knew that he and his company he represents would end up getting our business. After getting several other quotes, we called Colin and placed our order. Both my wife and I are very impressed with the installation , Product quality and after sales service done by Dale as we had some issues that had to be addressed. In closing this is the best thing we had done to our home as our home has now been brought into this century and the compliments from our neighbours is a source of pride for both of us. Will be more than happy to pass your name to anybody who wants replacement doors and windows

They worked continuously all morning and their service is worth a A+. Once they left I gave a better inspection and found I needed an adjustment on the front door. I called the company and was sent the same young men to fix the problem the same day. Excellent service from Verdun.

Received good advice on available products for glass and doors as well as colors available. Follow-up information was received quickly from the salesman. Installation work was efficient and clean by both workers. Done on schedule.

One of the windows at my house as well as the patio door needed replacement - Verdun provided some good recommendation advising of what would be best and on the day of the installers were on time and took a little under 3hrs to replace both the window on a 2nd floor and the patio door. Even more impressive than that was the care they took not to make too much of a mess and the clean up job afterwards. Made my life SO much easier.

I am very happy with my choice of door and contractor. I had shopped around for several weeks and Verdun impressed me with their suggestion on what type of door would suit my needs better. The installation went very smoothly and they were done in a couple of hours. I was very impressed that they cleaned up after they were done. They did a fantastic job and it looks great.

My husband and I have had almost all of the main floor windows in our home replaced by Verdun. I am a designer and I had very specific custom designs that I wanted. Verdun was able to make this dream into a reality! Mike our Verdun sales representative was excellent!! extremely helpful and our windows are just beautiful and at an excellent value. Our house had all of its windows replaced except for 5, so we had Verdun in to replace the only original windows. The rep, Mike, was excellent about bringing samples to ensure the new ones would match our existing windows and made a couple trips to our home without complaint. We also ordered new windows (door lights) for the front door, which we installed ourselves. We were able to see several at Verdun's office and that helped us make the right choice for us. The window installation went smoothly, all 3 installers were courteous and, when we discovered one of the front windows for the door was missing, they looked into it and it was dropped off at our house before they finished the install. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 9 and arrived at about 8:20, right in that window. They worked through lunch so that they would finish up early afternoon, but still did a great job. They gave us several tips for installing the door lights, and were very friendly. They cleaned up everything after themselves and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!

Service was very fast and efficient. They were in and out in about three hours. They cleaned up everything. Windows looked great. One screen was damaged and they replaced it in a couple of days.
