Verdun was recommended to us by neighbors and the product lived up to expectations. From the sales representative to the installers, all showed professionalism and pride in their work. The installers were meticulous and answered all our questions. They did a great job of cleaning up before leaving. It has been 3 weeks since the installation and we are still very satisfied with the product. We will recommend Verdun Windows and Doors to family and friends.

After doing some research, I went with Verdun for the replacement of the windows and doors in my home. The bottom line was very important to me - when I found a cheaper quote, Verdun matched it for me! With the price matching and their excellent warranty, it was no brainer to go with Verdun! For some time now my wife and I have been discussing the replacement of our doors and windows, as the ones we had were those old wood frames which seem to require more and more maintenance as the years go by. I contacted several companies including Verdun Windows to get an estimate and after doing some research, I decided that Verdun was the company I wanted to go with. I chose them for the service they could provide, the cost. and because of the reputation that they hold. Steve Young was our sales consultant and I couldn't have been happier with the approach that he took. Steve is very porfessional and understood exactly what we wanted, there was no high pressure sales pitch, so it was like having a comfortable discussion with some freinds. He answered all of our questions and was open to any suggestions we had. The crew that arrived to complete the installation was top notch. Frank and Serge were the two main contractors and they had with them two younger men, one who was on a co-op. All of them were very professional, very polite, and they took great care in completeing the installation. They walked us through to show us that everything was cleaned and that it all worked, then they ensured that the entire work area was cleaned up before they left. The project was completed ahead of schedule and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun Windows to anyone looking at this kind of project. After years of changing screens and storm windows in our '60s bungalow twice yearly, it was time to invest in replacement windows. With three quotations to consider, we chose Verdun Doors and Windows based on the sales consultant, the product, the price, and the 20 year transferable 'no bull' warranty. Needless to say, the installation was completed in one day by the Verdun insallation crew, as scheduled, and the results were beyond our expectations. A post instal service call for some minor adjustments was handled promptly, and the technician resolved the issues to my satisfaction in a professional manner. Thanks to the staff at Verdun, I will never have to replace screens or storm windows again !!

In a word ...AMAZING ;-) From the sales guy to the installers everyone was professional, polite and courteous. In a world where I thought this kind of service was long gone in comes Verdun. They were literally thousands of dollars cheaper than their competition and did way more end product finishing (eg: sill extension and interior trim) which made a huge impact on the finished job. Although I do like to save some bucks where I can I also am concerned with making sure I don't cheap out on certain home finishing’s and windows are certainly one thing you don't want to compromise on. With Verdun I got the best of both worlds ;-) I am off to sit and admire my new awesome energy efficient windows. Oh I almost forgot, they also have the BEST warranty… Booyah :-) So with best price, awesome quality, best warranty, best finished product and now that they have come and gone...awesome end to end service I had nothing to lose. We had a very pleasant experience starting with the estimator who made the experience fast and easy. We were given serveral choices of windows and picked the right one for us. Instead of 6-8 weeks waiting for our windows they were ready to be installed in 3 weeks. Installation was a breeze with little to no cleanup required. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
