    Window install

    Great windows. This is our second home using Verdun. Salesman Jesse was knowledgeable and helpful. Install team under Dan was magnificent. Very pleased.

    Window replacement

    Very impressed with the job the installers did. Nice craftsmanship and professional. We are quite satisfied.

    Front Window

    The wonderful experience started with the sales rep Kailen who was very knowledgeable. She listened to my requirements, made suggestions and made the whole process crystal clear. The measurement appointment was quick and easy. I understand the long wait, due to the supply chain, and in my case, it benefited, as I did not want a window put in in the wintertime. Verdun kept me updated all the way. The installation team was fast, efficient, and respectful of my home outside and inside. Dan and his crew deserve to be commended on the outstanding work they did. I enjoyed talking to each member. They were very friendly. The framing, flashings, and vinyl were all perfectly aligned and sealed. They cleaned up everywhere. I am very happy with the window and the work that went into getting it ordered, delivered, and installed. Thanks Verdun!

    Windows

    Building a garage then a house. Chose Verdun due to the excellent Energy star Energy Rating of the windows. Their solid core microcellular frame look very good. For my house I would like triple glazed. I do not want white windows, but only option for triple glazed is with a white interior. What's up with that

    Windows

    So far Verdun has been an incredible service helping me choose my windows and door. So far partial installation has been done the rest will be done next week. Everyone has been so friendly and so helpful. One thing I really loved is that there was no up selling trying to give you something you would not want. Truly recommend Verdun.

    Best Window Installers

    Jason, Lunn and Rhys installed basement windows for us today and they were fantastic. Pleasant, efficient, on time and informative. Happy to have had them do our services.

    Front Door Replacement

    We had Verdun replace our front door on our older home. Wlad and his crew were extremely professional and conscientious and paid attention to every detail regardless of how minor during the installation process. It was clear they knew what they were doing which helped ease any concerns I had about the job. The new door had completely changed how our older home looks. I would highly recommend Verdun Windows and Doors!

    Verdun is a reliable and excellent company

    Verdun did an excellent job explaining their product. They installed two windows in the basement. Everything went well. In other occasions they installed one sliding door and also a front door and we never had any problems. They have an excellent product. We are more than satisfied.

    Replacement of 20 windows, patio door, and front door. Job very well done!

    Replaced all the windows in my home, plus a patio door and front doors, and had a fantastic experience with Verdun.  A pretty big job, a total of 5 full days of labour for the initial installations. For me, the true test of a company is how they deal with unexpected issues/problems, and Verdun came out with flying colours.  Overall, the installation went very smoothly.  There were a few minor and unexpected issues along the way (which is to be expected for a large job like this), but Verdun staff were always flexible and provided excellent service throughout the process.  The installers (Rami and his crew) were proficient and professional, and were accommodating when I asked for minor changes during the installation (e.g.  I didnt like the style of bullnose trim they had started installing, so I proposed a design tweak and they incorporated my request without any issues).  The head office staff were also excellent at communicating regular updates on parts ordered (e.g.  to replace a small PVC component that was damaged during installation/transport) or for follow-up visits (e.g. to adjust a pane that the installers had noted didnt fit perfectly well or to touch up some of the exterior caulking where some insulating foam had eventually expanded too much and popped out through the caulk).  I use these examples not as criticism or complaints like I said, a few small issues on such a big job are to be expected but rather to highlight real examples of how Verdun successfully handled these issues and the efforts they went to to ensure things were done properly and to my satisfaction. Overall, I was very happy with Verdun and would strongly recommend to others.
