Hello Isidore, thank you for sharing your concerns. If there was any concern with the size of your windows this was not brought to our attention by yourself or our installer. The windows were manufactured and installed to the precise sizing on the signed contract and as you say yourself you gave the installer the go-ahead to proceed. If by "in lay" you are referring to the grille pattern and style you selected, these were also made to the exact specifications and photo preview on your signed contract. Upon learning of your dissatisfaction with the finished product we re-ordered and installed replacement glass with the grille pattern that met your expectations. If this is still not to your satisfaction we would appreciate being told directly so we have an opportunity to work with you towards a resolution. We fully acknowledge the condition your siding was left in and while unfortunate we have always maintained our responsibility to clean, repair or replace the siding to your satisfaction. We know this was over 2 weeks ago so maybe you have forgotten, but our senior installation manager did meet with you at your home on November 29th to discuss the replacement for your siding and he did order the new siding after this meeting. It has not arrived yet but we will inform you as soon as it does so we can schedule our return and make the corrections. We fully guarantee and take responsibility for the work our installation teams do and we apologize if your experience was not to your satisfaction. The installer assigned to your job has been a part of the Verdun family for many years and has performed over 800 installations for us. They have our complete confidence and are great at what they do. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further concerns or if there's anything specific you would like to discuss.
