Polite,Clean, Professional, Job done right. i use to use Lambden before they became Verdun. Same level of service. If you are looking for cheaper there are other companies. I am looking for quality windows and quality work I got it.

Couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Our sales rep Joseph was awesome and the installers were 100% professionals. I wish all companies were as great as Verdun. Highly recommended!!

This was our second order with Verdun. Both times they have been extremely courteous and customer focused. We've never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and their work has been top-notch. They even followed up a couple of years later on our first batch of windows to make sure everything was still okay. They will definitely be our first and only choice when our next round of window replacements is set to occur.

Verdun installed basement windows in our house recently and we continue to be pleased with the service and product they offer. They installed windows throughout our house approximately 8 years ago and we've had no problems with those windows.

Gave me an estimate on site on paper(compared to competition who gave me a verbal and nothing on paper or email) Very impressed with the install crew they where fast efficient and professional. 4 doors in 4/5 hours. Verdun are a very professional organization. When they did an estimate, they were conscientious about wearing a mask and social distancing. They communicated well with us to inform us of each step and when and how the work would be completed. The job was very well done, very professional and our new front door is beautiful! Verdun also did our windows, and about a year after we installed them, we saw a crack in one of the windows, and they came right away to fix it, no questions asked and at no cost. I am a very satisfied customer! Would highly recommend!

Jason and Ryan were a very professional crew. They arrived with masks on and ready to get the job done. I appreciated that they did ask how I felt about masks and that they respected it throughout the job. They were a great team. I love that they remove their outdoor footwear when they enter and that they leave no mess behind. If I could change more windows today, I would. Thanks Jason and Ryan.

We used Verdun to manufacture and replace 15 windows in our 120+ year old home which we are renovating. The initial process was very informative, from initial visit/estimate with Andrew, through to installation with Mario and his assistant(s) (and we had a lot of questions). The installation took 1.5 days and the crew were extremely efficient, personable and did a very good job. We really like the new windows; however, upon closer inspection, we found a lot of small holes in the corners of the upper and lower frames of the windows, some scratching and a cracked window. A Service Representative came by and assessed the windows and acknowledged that the frames need to be replaced, as there was an issue with production (it happens), and also one cracked window needs replacing. The new window frames have been reinstalled, after a scheduling mishap, but the windows and frames look great. We are pleased with the quality, service and installation, although we would suggest that with Verdun growing so quickly, the company ensures all steps in the process are more closely scrutinized, to avoid any future product and service mishaps. Overall, we are quite happy with our new windows and will order more windows for our home extension in the future.
