    Windows and doors

    The service was over what I expected it would be. The installors came in early morning and changed 9 windows of différent size in a single days with interior and exterior trims.

    Replace basement windows

    Installed by Stephane and Eric. They were super friendly, professional and courteous. Did the whole job without a hitch. Loved their work. Would highly recommend the to anyone needing window work.

    New windows

    Excellent service however basement windows were not installed properly. This was noticed by another technician who came to the house for another type of work. Called the main office at Verdun Windows who sent another person to do the proper installation. Overall windows are very efficient.

    16 Windows and 3 Doors

    Installers Rob and Jean-Marc (and separate crews) are the reason Verdun has such a great reputation; clean job site, professional and courteous, amazing work gentlemen !!!! Noise in the house has dramatically decreased, and the furnace doesn’t come on as often - considering January has been colder then December is incredible. Highly recommended, 11/10, A+++

    Windows Renovation

    Sales: after the sale contract signed, I had a very hard time to reach the salesman. Internal Services: Called the head offices several times prior to the installation, with the promise of a response. Unfortunately, they referred me to my sale rep, which did not call me back, or forwarded my enquiries to another internal area, which did not respond. Installation: Gislain and his partner Kyle were very professional. Answered all our questions and flagged any issues that needed attention. This installation team went beyond their jobs duties to ensure that the product and the service was at the highest standard and met our satisfaction. We do recommend the Installation team. they are 10/10 Unfortunately for the sale rep and the internal head office they are below satisfaction. I would say that Marie-Claude finding installation date saved the contract. And Gislain providing crucial information on his day off regarding two windows, resulted in ensuring that all pertinent documents were obtained. Verdun does have a very good product (I researched before purchased) however, if I have a problem with one of my products, my first reaction will most likely be to ask for Gislain. Thank you Team Gislain and Kyle for the excellent work.

    Very Satisfied!

    Jason and Ryan installed our Verdun windows. They were prompt, clean and very courteous. They worked very quickly at -23 degrees outside, ensuring our house wasn't without patio doors for very long!! Very friendly and answered any questions we had, a pleasure to watch these two hard working guys work.

    Replaced patio door damaged by tornado.

    Jason and Ryan showed up on time with a half hour heads up. Their work was of high quality. They were very efficient as well as very neat and tidy, used drop cloths, removed all debris. I could see that they were pleased with the results as am I. Their friendly, amicable natures made for a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them and Verdun windows and doors. Myrna

    Window upgrade

    Mr.Gratton and Nathan were great. My install went very well, the crew was very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend them and Verdun to anyone . Thank you for your prompt service

    Front entrance door

    Our 30 year-old front entrance door was not very energy efficient anymore and somewhat drafty as well as being hard to open and close. We decided that it was time for a new front entrance door. Since we had Verdun Windows over the years in the past for changing our house windows and were satisfied with the quality and services received, we asked Verdun Windows to change that old entrance door.

    The Verdun service was really good. Thanks to Salesman Max who provided a prompt estimate and measured well. Installers Jason and Ryan were careful and polite. All were professional. We are happy with the windows we chose and are quite surprised that it has made such a difference.
