    Window installation

    Bedroom window to be replaced. Very professional job: on time, clean, friendly, had all required materials with them, friendly, quick well-synched workers with attention to detail. Both gentlemen were excellent representatives for their company.

    Front door and a few windows

    Very happy with the service from everyone from sales (Erin) to the installers (Serg and his team). They estimated 2 days but completed installation within one day! That's rare in the reno business to get work done in less time. A couple of minor things that needed fixing and Serg promised he'd come back within the week to fix atleast one big one so that I could put back by blinds for a party that weekend... and he delivered! Very appreciative of that! Would totally recommend Verdun due to the positive experience.

    Replacement and new window install

    I've dealt with Verdun (Nordik) windows before. Always a good experience for me. Some of the jobs are a bit more challenging. I've had a huge Dining room window replaced. I've had some half moon windows replaced. This latest job had a new window opening required, again with some custom details required. All went well. The installers have been professional, finish the trim (always) and more importantly, respectful and clean with my home. Thank you.

    Window replacement

    Jason and Ryan are experts at their trade. I am very happy with their workmanship and their professionalism. Verdun has provide a quality product in a timely manner. Thank you for a feel god experience.

    Window and door installation plus a return visit!

    This review is specifically about Verdun's after sales service and how great it was for us. The installation of our front door and a window occurred in September. Upon a close inspection of the install a few days later we noticed some small scratches on the trim and 1 pane on the window. We called Verdun and they immediately sent Luke to inspect. He agreed with our assessment and said he would order the replacement parts. Well he arrived on Friday as per the agreed day/time and did a fantastic job. He made the project perfect. Most companies are really good at the sales portion of a contract and Verdun easily falls into this category. But for us where they excelled was on their service. Verdun is truly a 5 star company in our books and thanks again Luke for doing a great job!!!

    Replaced a kitchen window and patio door

    Jason and Ryan are an amazing team. Very pleasant, helpful and extremely organized and efficient. They were in and out in an hour and half. Last summer had a front door replaced and it took 8hrs. Supper happy with these guys. They did a great job everything looks great and they cleaned up too!

    Egress window instalation

    First of all I’d like to say that they did an excellent job of installing the window and most importantly whenever I tried to contact the sales person Andrew, he was always available. However I can’t say there were no issues, I did have an issue with respect to the old window that was removed. The old window was perfectly good and I had hoped to save the window panes with the installation. However this didn’t happen. When I contacted Verdun they were not only apologetic but agreed to replace the two panes that were damaged in my old window as well as giving me two extra panes due to the inconvenience. Definitely above and beyond. Josianne from customer service was awesome.

    Installation of window and a large front entry door.

    I originally gave this company a poor rating. Since then, I have had several calls from their client service department and a lot of effort has been made to correct the situation. If the remainder of the job gets completed with no issues, I will be very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

    Bedroom windows and front door

    The products themselves are very good. Office seems somewhat disorganized. Was given a date and when they called to confirm, they gave me another then delayed delivery into october. The front door arrived with damages so i chose to send it back. unfortunately, this cost me another 4 wks (not to mention having no front door and freezing til 5pm - they were supposed to come between 7-9am). The installers did a fine job. They are assigned where to go and bear the brunt of the customer.

    windows installation

    Kevin and his buddy arrived today[08/11/2019] to install windows on my house.They were very friendly and courteous.Their work was carried out in an excellent professional manner.I am very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend them to my friends
