I needed the carpets in my whole home steamed cleaned (5 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a 5 by 7 area rug) We had some pet stains and 3 kids who think they can eat and drink everywhere! There was no stain he didn't remove and did it all in an hour. Looks fantastic!

AmSteam is amazing! Over the 25 years we have owned a home and experienced many carpet cleaners, even my own, I am amazed how great the carpets look after being cleaned! Dave is a gentleman and he personally smelled good the minute he walked in the door. He made sure the cold winter air was minimal coming into our home. He took the time to explain about carpets edges and how to rid us of our few paints spots. The house still smells so fresh and the stairs haven't been that clean since we bought it new. Thank you thank you AmSteam, we will call again for sure.

I booked AmSteam's carpet cleaning services in my role as secretary of an Edmonton housing co-op. We had a unit left in a midnight move, and the carpets needed some serious attention. We wanted to get the unit rented for the 1st of December, and only found out the unit had been abandoned on the 25th, so we had a very tight timeline. I spoke with Megan via their website's contact form, and AmSteam was able to accommodate us quickly, offering an appointment for the very next day. We took an appointment a little later in the week since we had to clear out some furniture that had been left behind, but we appreciated that they understood our need for urgency. Our appointment was set for sometime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and we were told our technician would call the primary contact for the work (me) a half hour before arrival. The technician (I've unfortunately forgotten his name and had to file the invoice with our managing agency) called me at a little after 10 and asked if I would be okay with him showing up a bit early, which I was. I let him into the unit around 10:45. He had me show him through the unit and point out any trouble spots. He offered scotchguard stainguard, which I passed on since we will likely need to replace the carpets relatively soon anyway. He didn't continue to push the extra service, which I appreciated. He warned me in advance that one particular stain was very deeply worn in and might not come up very well. We had expected this and had no problem with it, and the end result on that stain was much better than we had planned for. He got straight to work and the entire cleaning only took about an hour and fifteen minutes. The carpets looked miles better when he was finished, and the cost was the same as what I was quoted -- $160 for cleaning and sanitization in the large living room, two bedrooms, and a hallway with an attached linen closet. It came to $168 with tax, and as an added, unexpected bonus, I earned airmiles on my payment. I'm not sure how many, but I wasn't expecting any at all, so it was a nice surprise. Overall I felt the customer service from start to finish was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Megan was cheerful and helpful, and our technician was all smiles and and very courteous. I plan to use them again for carpet cleaning, both in my co-op and in my own home. And I may try their furnace cleaning service next in my own home.

We first hired AmSteam to do a renovation on our main floor bathroom. The results were spectacular. We were so happy with the bathroom renovations, that we hired them immediately for the rest of the main floor renovations, including the kitchen. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were complete gut jobs. AmSteam came in on time and on budget. Their work was outstanding and they displaced exceptional pride in their quality of work. All of the workers were polite, accommodating and professional. They clean up after each work day and they arrived at the worksite on time each day. We are very pleased with this company. THere are two other smaller jobs which we will again hire them for sometime next year. You cannot go wrong hiring this company. We just had our furnace, ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. The serviceman, Ted, phoned prior to arrival and was very pleasant. He did the job quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after himself (and was "normal"). I was very happy with the service. The company also had a coupon in the SUTP book which saved us some money. Another popular company had given us a quote (they had cleaned the furnace 2 years ago) and told me that according to their file, we had 15 vents. I told Ted this, however he went through the house counting and informed me there were only 14. So he saved us even more money. With the coupon and with a serviceman who could actually count, we ended up saving close to $60. We will definitely use them again next year!

Miscommunication on my part and I was late getting home and they were good enough to accommodate me and send the technician back. He still had to wait 20 minutes until I got there and it was excellent service!

Amsteam carpet cleaning is an awesome company. We use them every time, and also refer them to all of our friends. The last two times we have used them, we didn't even need to be home. The technicians came in, and did an amazing job, and locked the door behind them. Very Trustworthy. Also, the office staff is great to deal with. Service has been good. I often refer AmSteam for carpet cleaning and restoration work. They are efficient and take their time while completing their projects. We are happy to choose them as our go to company for our needs.

We have used AMSteam to clean all ducts and furnaces following new home construction. They have done an excellent job, are punctual, clean and very knowledgeable. We will continue to use them.

AmSteam provided very timely, professional and courteous furnace and duct cleaning when I needed someone in a pinch. I emailed them on a holiday, and by 7am the next morning, they contacted me back as they had a cancellation. By 1pm that same day, my furnace & ducts were cleaned by a very reliable, courteous and professional fellow! They will get my bus. again!
