    steam cleaning

    Dave did a wonderful job steam cleaning and especially heavy traffic areas which I really did not think would come out as well as they did A job very well done. Thanks Dave. Jim & PAT Scott .

    Carpet Cleaning

    Very happy with service - got it out of the Student Union Ticket book and they where able to book a cleaning with short notice. Todd was Efficient and friendly.

    Carpet Cleaning

    The last tenants had left a huge mess of our condo when they moved out (smoking inside and animal odors). Dave came by today and steamed and deodorized our carpet to PERFECTION! He was patient, friendly and so professional. I highly recommend Amsteam!

    Amsteam

    Dave the technician who cleaned our carpets was awesome, quick, polite and very knowledgable. We were moving and wanted the house to look like new, and it did just that. We heard through our realtor that the new owners loved the results.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I chose AmSteam for my carpet cleaning based on the reviews I read. I requested Todd and was very pleased with his performance. My off-white carpets looked renewed, especially the high traffic stairs. I will definitely use AmSteam again in the future.

    Carpet Cleaning

    This is our 3rd year using Amsteam's Carpet Cleaning service and the 2nd year we've had Todd the technician come to our house. We were warned that he would arrive later than our original booking of 8-11 am due to two other jobs that were queued ahead of us. We have found Todd to be courteous and professional on arrival and get straight to the job. He had us do a walk-through after he was finished and when we found a couple of small areas that needed further cleaning, he was prompt in taking care of them. We look forward to having him back next year.

    Amsteam

    First, they were supposed to call the night before to let us know when they were coming the next day. That didn't happen. Second, we have white carpet and it is only 8 months old. The tech, Rob, insisted that the previous owners didn't care about the carpet (it was brand new when we moved in) and it was poor quality (insurance paid for it and we know from the installer that it was very expensive). There are still stains and we could have achieved the same results with our steamer. Totally disappointed.

    Carpet cleaning

    Our portable air conditioner had been leaking unseen onto our carpet, which had begun to mildew. AmSteam was supremely helpful, and their staff were knowledgable and reassuring. The job was done quickly, and solved our issue. We were afraid we'd have to replace our carpet, but instead we were able to replace the underlay and clean most of the carpet in the house. The remediation inspector also took the time to look at an entirely separate concern we had. I'll be going back to AmSteam for my carpet and furnace cleaning needs in the future!

    Carpet cleaning

    I hired in Amsteam to come and clean my carpets. Todd was the representative who called and showed up promptly when promised. I am extremely happy with how well he cleaned the carpet and would hire this company back. I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of work.

    Carpet cleaning

    I had a very positive experience with AmSteam. The office staff were polite and efficient and Todd who came to the home was punctual, friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet!
