We are a residential management company with properties throughout the Edmonton Area. We have used Amsteam and will continue to use Amsteam for our properties for years to come. They are fast, able to book appointments sometimes even next day (which in how fast residential management moves, is very important) and yet their speed does not affect their quality of work. We have used other companies and have always come back to Amsteam as we can trust the job will be done right the first time. They also follow up to ensure the work is done right which is just a little above and beyond with customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company and will always highly recommend them to other landlords or anyone else requiring carpet cleaning services.

Todd was punctual, friendly and professional. He has cleaned our carpets many time and every time, he has done a great job. Even got out all the stains out in my Nitro! I highly recommend Todd.

The Amsteam representatives were very professional and informative. The technician did a fantastic job and even removed a couple of dead squirrels from my furnace. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs their type of service

Today Todd came to clean my carpets. He was early which worked for me. He was very thorough. He made my carpets look like new again! Got out all the stains! He was so professional and very knowledgeable. You could really tell that he loved his job. I will use Amsteam again, and tell my friends and family about the fabulous service I received today.

My technician Dave was great. He calked to let me know he was coming and arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient, and knowlegeable. My carpet looks great, and I will absolutely call amsteam again the next time I need carpet cleaning!

The technician came in and introduced himself and went right to work. He did just an amazing job on the sofa, chair and carpet. He was very professional and I have to say the sofa and chair are as clean as new and the carpet has never looked so good and it is 26 years old! He came early which was good for me and I thought the price I paid was well worth it. I was very impressed and grateful for the fast service.
