Carpet cleaning
I just recently had my carpets cleaned by Amsteam and they did an awesome job. The technician was punctual, friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable- I was quoted hundreds of dollars more at another carpet cleaners. He did a great job on the carpets-they look brand new. I am very happy with their work and will using them again.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning
I requested residential carpet cleaning for both the main and basement floors. The agent that attended my home was Todd Deans and he was very professional, quick and friendly. It was nice to have the "Im on my way" call before he arrived. Carpets and sofa look great! I had requested separate invoices for main and basement but that didn't happen. Todd made the adjustment on the spot for me. Thanks again Todd.

carpet clean entire house
We had a bit of a hiccup with the appointment schedule and they were able to correct it with ease. He did an excellent job at reviving my tired old carpet. He was courteous and respectful of my belongings. The price was the best I could find. I paid extra for the disinfecting and am glad I did.

Carpet Cleaning
Amsteam came to remove two stains from our carpet that is only a few months old. The stains are gone but the entire basement carpet is now streaked with machine marks. It looks like too much solvent was used. Looks terrible. Amsteam closed for weekend. Left messages. will revisit review next week. Not impressed. One week later: Todd returned today and did a very nice job. The wand stains were removed. He left us a complementary bottle of stain remover, and did a complementary scotchguard treatment. He also used a carpet grooming broom which made the carpet appear like new and no marks. Can now highly recommend this company. Thanks to Todd and Siobhan for their understanding and quick response.

Furnace and Carpet Cleaning
Former dog and two new pups = pet hair, dander, stained carpet Furnace ducts not cleaned for a number of years. Both services rendered in same afternoon by two professional, prompt and courteous service personnel. Results - outstanding, Stains gone, and 20 year old carpet like new. Furnace and duct cleaning was superior to any previous service. We will be using only Amsteam in future.

Carpet Cleaning
I just wanted to thank Todd D. from AmSteam for the outstanding job he did in steam cleaning our carpets. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the work he does but his professionalism is exemplary - he's courteous, on time, diligent about following up and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients receive top quality service. Carpet Cleaning
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the quality of work Dave did on cleaning our carpets today. They look better than when we moved in. He even took care of some stains that were there from the time we moved in. He was courteous and friendly and we will certainly continue to use AmSteam for any future cleaning services we require.

carpet cleaning
Todd at Amsteam showed up right on time. He did a great job, and was able to remove some nasty old stains I thought would not come out of the carpet. The price was as stated when I booked the service. I have used Amsteam before and their service is excellent. Great job, Todd - my carpet looks brand new again!

Move-out carpet cleaning
I recently had AmSteam out to do my entire house upon move-out. Todd came out and was very professional. Did the whole house in remarkable condition in reasonable time. Very professional, friendly staff at AmSteam. I would highly recommend.

I have been impressed with Amsteam for six years now! They are friendly, professional, and well priced. I have had Dave cleaning my carpets for the past several years. He is extremely efficient, knowledgable and my carpets always look 100% better!! He is an company asset!! I never hesitate to recommend Amsteam and Dave. Thank you!
