I sent them an email Sunday night before I went to bed after discovering my hot water heater was not turning on and I was not getting any hot water pressure. I received a call at 8am on Monday morning and by 9am had a technician here to fix the problem. He was very professional and addressed the problem quickly. Very satisfied with the quick response and resolution.

Lou from Northwest will get nothing but praise from me! I needed assistance in getting an A/C unit installed and he was the only company that actually took the time to call me back and provide a proper estimate. All work was performed with no surprise costs or additional items and he did not consider the job done until I gave it my stamp of approval. Very professional to deal with, very punctual, and a lot of pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend Northwest gas.

It always starts with a feeling. I just knew our old AC unit was going to die soon. Call it paranoia, if you want. But that's exactly what happened early Saturday morning in the sticky, hot month of July. What's worse, of course, than warm air streaming from the vents is the thought of finding a repair company who will tackle the weekend job without charging you an arm and leg. I called one of the big companies because I thought they would have the manpower to fix it or replace it right away. Well, they could not come out and look at the AC unit until Tuesday between 12-4. Then I did some homework and checked some reviews and decided to call Northwest Gas. I called and arranged for someone to come to my home as soon as possible. They were able to send someone out the same day. I thought "wow - this company truly understands customer service and not everything breaks down between Monday to Friday and 9 to 5." The technician showed up at the time I was told by the young lady on the phone. He examined the old unit and showed me exactly what the problem was and I decided to replace the AC unit. Well my new unit was installed right away and without incident. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received that day. The guys at Northwest Gas were professional, courteous and downright pleasant to have around. While I hope our AC keeps pumping out cool air for years to come, Northwest Gas would be my only call if it doesn't. Thanks, guys!

I was very impressed with my dealings with Northwest Gas Ltd. They arrived promptly to my home and provided an honest assessment of my options to repair or replace the A/C unit. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and above all, I felt comfortable knowing that the work they did was done properly. All of my dealings with them were respectful, and they even followed up after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to contact them anytime I need their service.

I would like to thank Northwest Gas for always being very professional and prompt in the work that they do. I have used their services on numerous occasions for air conditioning and heating and have always been very pleased with the their work and how fast the job was done. Not only are they very efficient, they do the job right! I respect the fact that they always get to you within a couple of hours and don't make you wait for days to get out to your house like a lot of other companies in the GTA. I have dealt with Anthony at Northwest and he has always made me feel comfortable knowing that I would be taken care of when it came to my heating and air conditioning needs and that the job would be done correctly. I would highly recommend Northwest Gas to provide your heating/air conditioning needs!!

In July my AC broke down.(over 20 years old) Northwest Gas immediately gave me all my options and explained each option. Their service was on time, the price was excellent and their workmanship was clean. To sum up, I felt I was treated as a valued customer, in an honest and professional manner. They even ensured I received a rebate !

Northwest Gas were very professional and prompt. We called initially for a new air conditioner. Lou took the time to explain all of our options and the prices were so reasonable, we decided to install a new water heater as well! Lou and his team did a great job. Thanks so much for helping us cross off two items on our house reno list! When the furnace inevitably goes, you can expect our call! :)

We recently installed an A/C from Northwest Gas and we LOVE it! Its one of the quietest units i have ever heard. We are always getting compliments on the unit and how you can barely hear it running! Northwest Gas came and gave me a reasonable quote and had 2 profesional guys installing it 2 days after i ordered it. All of the guys from Northwest gas were always polite and fast with their service. As well their 24/7 Emergancy Service was exceptional when my parents furnace broke down last year. they had a technician out to fix it within 1-2 Hours! The Service They Provide is Exceptional! I Would Reccomend them to any Family member, Neighbour or Friend. THANKS NORTHWEST GAS!!

Northwest Gas were very quick and professional in the installation of our gas furnace as well as our recently installed AC unit. The weather was not so great for our AC install and we fully expected to get a cancellation call. NO WAY the crew were at our home early morning, did a great job and did not leave anything that we needed to clean up. Extended warranty at a great price. During installation follow up by management was fantastic and post installation follow up was the same.We highly recommend Northwest Gas if you have furnace or a/c needs. had to be the coldest night of the year and my furnace stopped working, I could feel the air coming out of the vents but it was cold, it was around 10pm, phoned some local company's, Northwest Gas was the only one to phone me back, we set up a time , they showed up on time, repaired my furnace, and the charge of repair was reasonable, I will use them in the future
