    Furnace

    This was great service from John and Derek. They came as soon as possible and replaced our furnace in a time efficient matter. They did this all within 24hrs. It was great, fast, and appreciated. Thank you!

    Amazing service!!!

    Have had numerous visits from Northwest, for furnace, they installed our tankless as well. Have always had amazing service, very knowledgeable, always professional, and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys. They show up when they say they are going to, (Derek and John, Anthony)they do the work fast and really well, and they are always pleasant to deal with. Great company with some pretty great staff....

    Furnace check an maintenance.

    Derek came to check our furnace as it was acting flaky. He checked it out and performd a maintenance. Derek was professional and honest and we did not feel like we were being told we need an unecessary product or service. This is not the first time we called Northwest Gas for maintenance and a check-up and this has been our experience the two other previous times. This is why we continue to call Northwest Gas.

    Furnace Failure

    Furnace died during one of the coldest nights of the year. Had Derek & John come out to troubleshoot the problem. They replaced a faulty logic board - Problem solved! Found both gentlemen to be very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Northwest Gas.

    Leaking tankless water heater

    My tankless water heater was leaking. Northwest was able to send John and Derek within a few hours of my call. They were able to identify the broken part and was repaired the same day. Really happy with the service!

    Heat was not working

    The heat of my house stopped working and these guys got it fixed faster and sooner.it was -15 outside, Derek was amazing and understanding especially that we have a 2 yr old.Thanks to them we got our heat running again.

    Gas line installation

    The 2 Northwest Gas workers who came to install a gas line for our kitchen gas stove were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very conscious and respectful of our home - they wore overshoes to protect our floors, vacuumed the work area and left everything very clean. In addition, when we searched for reviews on HomeStars and called Northwest Gas, it was great that our call was answered immediately by a helpful operator who provided great initial guidance on pricing and booked an appointment for us promplty.

    Air conditioning unit

    By far the best HVAC company that i dealt with. Nortwest Gas has extremely plesant technicans who are known for their reputation of quality service and instalation.I would/will recommend NortwestGas!!

    Install tankless waterheater

    Northwest gas was recommended by Navien USA as a certified installer for their tankless waterheater. On May 2013, I called Anthony, he came and gave me a quote to supply and install Navien NPE 240 tankless waterheater. His quote was little higher than the cheapest quote I get. However the professionalism and overall rating was the highest. Therfore, I decided to go with Northwest Gas. Anthony show-up on time with his assist, installed the tankless, remove the hot water tank and return it to the rental company. Even He called Navien to set up the account and commence the warranty. On May 2014, Anthony called remaining me with the one year service date and he show-up on time and done it. After 2 years, I'm very satisfied with the service I got and with my purchase. I highly recommend Anthony to do this work again.

    Hot Water Tank

    HI:A service tech(Ricky) came down and did a great job of servicing my rental tank.He was polite and knowledgeable.I am sure he will go far in this industry. A good hire North West Gas!!!
