I had no heat in the house . They came when they said they Would, and diagnosed the problem correctly . I had heat in no time.

I replaced my nineteen-year old Carrier furnace and a tanked water heater with new furnace and tankless water heater through Northwest Gas Ltd. Here is my experience in three category: Sales, Installation, and the new appliances. Sales: One Saturday evening I called Northwest Gas Ltd helpline for their help. A gentleman answered the phone and I indicated to him that I needed new furnace and a hot water tank. The gentleman told me that someone with the name Peter would call me shortly. In about ten minutes or so Peter called me and we set up an appointment. The day of appointment Peter showed up at my place at exact agreed time. He was very professional, direct and mindful of what I really needed. he was not a pushy salesman. He genuinely assessed my need and we settled with, new Carrier Performance series furnace and Rinnai tankless water heater and a digital thermostat. Peter was quite accommodative in pricing as well. Both my wife and I were quite happy with the meeting. A day later I contacted Peter to express our desire for their service. And we bought the appliances from them. Installation: The day of installation three gentlemen (Derek, John and Marco) showed up at my place right on time. They were very courteous and polite. They replaced my furnace with new one and old hot water tank with new tankless one. During installation any time I asked them any question, I got satisfactory answer. They accommodated any concern I had. They replaced my old mercury thermostat as well with new digital one. After the installation they walked me through what to watch for or who to contact in case of need. The new appliances: -- Rinnai Tankless water heater RU160in is very compact and absolutely quiet. We tested it and we are very quite pleased. It is so quiet that only way to know if it works or not is to use hot water tap. -- Carrier 59TP6B: First day we were not used to used to its noise, because we had adjusted ourselves with the sound of old furnace. But at the time of this writing, I could say we are happy with it. In summary: We are quite happy with Northwest Gas Ltd. We are pleased with the price. To end this review with special thanks to Peter, Derek, John and Marco. Of course a big thanks to Alyssa and the gentleman who answered the phone in the first place. Team was very professional and knowledgeable. I had an older installation that was not properly installed and wasn't the right system for my household requirement and that led to many breakdowns and service calls. Finally was referred to Anthony @ Northwest Gas. He quickly recognized the problem and came back with a solution. Their price was fair and the work was done quickly, professionally and they really cleaned up the giant mess of the old system and now I have a great new system that functions properly and reliably. I highly recommend Northwest Gas.

We’re very lucky to have found Anthony and Northwest Gas to do our boiler repair and maintenance. They have replaced several parts on our aging boiler, helping us extend its life. The work was definitely professional and the crew fast and courteous. They told me what they we're doing every step of the way and always made sure I was in the loop I would definitely recommend northwest gas.

I had 4 quotes prior selecting Northwest Gas. Price was very competitive but selection was also based on Anthony and his hands on experience as an installer. As he said he was be on site and assisted in the install himself. Kudos to Marco and John young techs out of the Ontario college training programs. Clean fast install, no surprises and left me with no cleanup. All old equipment and boxes were removed and recycled and my new Carrier product registration was done by Northwest. I spoke with Anthony over the phone. He was very polite and understanding, and offered several solutions for what I was inquiring about. He gave clear pricing and options. Marco and John were at my house on short notice. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job installing our gas line to the backyard BBQ. They even went above and beyond by bringing my BBQ out of the garage for me and carrying it to the backyard. Highly recommend these guys!

AC stopped working, called this morning for service. John and Marco were here by 12:30 and checked the system. After they removed the dead mouse which had shorted out the compressor capacitor we were good to go. I highly recommend this company.

Northwest Gas installed a new Navien Tankless water heater unit. Marco and John worked quickly and efficiently and offered some helpful tips. Great service. Thank you very much. Satisfied homeowner.
