Replace Gas Range - two visits
My existing gas range needed to be replaced. The new range included delivery and take-away, but the existing range had to be disconnected first. Northwest provided me with a clear quote for the two separate visits, including any additional costs that could be incurred as part of the installation. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and they were even able to come earlier than agreed upon for the second visit when the delivery came earlier than expected. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with, and Joe did a great job on both visits. I'd happily use them again in the future.

Navein Tankless Water Heater & Mini-Split Ductless A/C Installation
I recently got work done from Northwest Gas Ltd. and I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his team. I contracted his team to install a Navein tankless water heater. They showed up on time, were very professional, friendly, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all the decisions we were making. I was impressed with his work and ended up calling him back to install a 3-head ductless mini-split system into our home. His team showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and maintained constant communication during and after the installation. Similar to the point above, they went above and beyond to ensure the line-sets had proper drainage and made it look as clean as possible. In both instances, Anthony and his team provided multiple options to make our choice easy, but was also available if we ever had questions throughout. It's hard to find trustworthy, hardworking & reliable trades people, but the Northwest Gas Ltd team did not disappoint.

Bosch tankless water heater
Anthony and his team installed a Bosch tankless water heater exactly as discussed and according to the install manual. I was super happy with the install but not pleased with the tankless recirculating performance. Anthony was really responsive to my concerns and had Bosch on site looking over the unit. The issue wasn’t the unit or the install. It was how it performed in that type of install. With Anthony working close with myself and Bosch, he came back and updated the install with a dedicated water return. The unit now is performing perfectly. Honest, professional and a great installer. Simply the best contractor/business I have dealt with.

Air conditioner/humidifier/water line/gas line/water softener install
As you can see by the title of my review...this company really does it all. an exceptional price for an exceptional service. Really down to earth professionals who completed their task in an efficient clean manner. I have been recommending this company to all and will continue to do so!

Amazing job and customer service
We got our new home and immediately called Northwest Gas for all our gas lines, water lines, water softener & humidifier, and air conditioner. Anthony gave us a great quote and during our installation he went above and beyond. With several issues that arose from our builder, Anthony and his team were patient and fixed issues beyond what they were there to do. I would recommend Northwest Gas 1000%! They were fantastic. Thank you for the great work and customer service.

furnace issue (no Heat)
i had no heat and have 2 small kids. Made the call to Anthony,him and his team were very efficient with knowing the issue,with the Covid-19 pandemic, companies were closed on weekends for new replacement part. they were generous enough to offer us heaters throught out the house. Anthony came monday morning to change the replacement. friendly,safe and dependable service you can AlWAYS count on.

Furnace and AC installation
My furnace broke down on a long weekend and Anthony was the only person who got back to me. Even though it was a long weekend, they didn’t charge a premium to come by. Anthony’s team was very professional and timely in fixing my furnace and since my AC unit was 15 years old, Anthony gave me a package deal on replacing both the furnace and AC unit. Great service and price! Thanks.

Water heater replacement
I had my water heater replaced. I was given all my options with quotations. They provided me with everything I needed to know. They followed up and made sure I knew the steps of the appointment prior to my visit. The whole team are professional and I would highly recommend them

Furnace and waterless tank
Anthony and his crew did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is fantastic. They also offer many incentives. Our furnace broke down and Anthony came and gave us a second opinion and confirmed we needed a new furnace. He gave us various options and once decided a new furnace was put in the next day. We also decided to get a waterless tank which worked out great for us. Their quality of work is great and I highly recommend Northwest Gas.

True Professionals through and through. These guys set the bar period! North West pointed out an option, I otherwise would never have been aware of. The job was completed literally the next day as booked.They followed up , the next day to ensure all was well!!
