Our newly acquired century stone house had obviously been a home for bats and was in need of bat removal and bat proofing to ensure the bats didn't renter. Kenny was reliable in that he came on the scheduled date and responded to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. In one 12 hour work day, he inspected the house for main bat entries, sealed bat size openings around the roof, walls, and windows, put wire in roof vents, and installed 3 one way doors to allow bats to leave but not return. A week later he returned to inspect his work and removed the one way doors. We are confident that Kenny will honour his 5 year guarantee if we experience bats entering the house.

Living in the country can be awesome, but it comes with some other challenges including the potential to have bats wanting to join you. We had this issue and like many others tried contacting some local company, who never bothered to contact us again, or gave some crazy price because they were not interested in doing the job. I could have avoided a lot of grief if I knew about this company before, I am not getting paid here, but honestly,if you want it done right the first time, professionally and guaranteed look no further then Kenny at BATS CANADA. I have had problems with bats getting in the house from our attic for over 20 years, since Bats Canada sealed the house I haven't seen a single one! They worked all day, were on the roof sealing every possible entry, installed 2 bat doors, sealed every possible space around windows, spaces in brick, he even fixed gaps in the eavestrough and so much more. I highly recommend this company, they are worth every penny.

I began having bat problems about the second week of August 2016. There is nothing worse than waking up at 3 am, 5 times within a week and having a bat flying around in your room. I am terrified of bats. I called 3 wildlife removal companies, on a Sunday only one called me back, came over on Monday to give me a quote of approx. $3,800.oo , taxes included, to solve my bat problem, oh and the same company offered to come that same Sunday to remove the bat hanging on my dining room curtains and to give me an estimate for bat proofing my home for $300.oo. I called Bats Canada Tuesday morning around 7 am within an hour ken returned my call. He is so kind, he was working in Paris that day, he had planned to come out in about a week but finished his job in Paris earlier then expected, and knowing how I feel about bats, called me, saying he cannot just just leave me with this problem for over a week. He drove all the way from Paris, Ont. was here around 5pm with his partner and they worked so hard, non stop, for hours, and I haven' t had a bat in the house since. He is very kind, and very passionate about what he does, and he does make sure the bats are safe and able to get out of their entrances. I totally recommend him. We have had the occasional bat in the house since we moved in 2014, but we ended up with several bats entering the house towards the end of this summer. We love having the bats on our semi-rural property, just not in our house. Kenny and his partner were thorough, knowledgeable and did exactly what they promised at the price they they quoted. They spent a full morning bat proofing our home just days after receiving our call. Definitely worth the investment. Now we can enjoy bat watching on summer evening AND feel confident that we will not have any more winged visitors flying down the hall. Very satisfied and recommend Bats Canada highly.

I would just like to say that Kenny at Bat Removal Canada did a great job on our home in Campbellford. He made sure we were going to be completely satisfied with what he was going to do before he started. Our home had quite a few gaps between the stone exterior and the soffit where the bats had easy entry. Kenny prepared a test area and let the caulking "set up" first as we were worried about it matching our the stone. Within the next 4 days the caulking matched perfectly and Kenny returned to finish a few weeks later all to ensure we were completely satisfied.

I had bats in my house last August. We managed to trap them and set them free and found out that they were getting into the house via a gap in the attic hatch. We sealed that up. I called a local wildlife removal service and received an estimate. Their price included a 1 year guarantee. I wrestled with that because I figured that I won't know until next August whether or not the exclusion was a success. By then, my warranty will have expired and I was advised there could be further costs incurred to reseal where the bats still managed to get in. I did more research and came across Bats Canada. After reading their positive reviews and learning that they offered an unheard of five year warranty I gave them a call. All they do is bat removal (more like an exorcism if you ask me). I spoke to Kenny who not only is the owner, he actually comes out and does the work himself. I live in Peterborough so I asked if he subcontracted the job out to a local outfit. The response? "If you hire Kenny, you get Kenny". Kenny and an associate arrived at my house at the appointed date and time and within minutes he was able to determine how the bats were getting in. His experience shows. Within 3-4 hours the job was done. The house was sealed and one way exit tubes were installed. I have to admit I was impressed because not only was his price comparable to the that of the wildlife removal service he went the extra mile and rectified a few down spout issues on my roof which will help extend the life of the shingles. That was Kenny's prior life as a roofer kicking in. My only disappointment? He didn't arrive in The Batmobile!!

I called Kenny, I believe on a Thursday and I was in huge distress because my husband had removed four bats from our home over the previous four days. To compound the fact that we had bats in our home, our daughter is non-verbal so I was petrified about one getting into her room while she slept. My husband and I were not sleeping well to say the least! Kenny actually came to our house on the Sunday following and sealed our entire home, installed one way exits and I am happy to say we have had no visitors since! After finding a bat flying in our home every other day for over a month we were very desperate to have our problem resolved! This company fit us into their already busy work schedule on a very short notice. They are extremely punctual, informative, efficient and very mindful of my special needs son. In a word, Proffesional!! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Bats Canada!!

Bats were removed and stopped from re-entering our attic. Kenny and his partner did a great job on this project. Their workmanship and professionalism was a welcome plus to getting this job done. The warranty is good and one of the reasons I chose Bats Canada. Kenny's roofing background more than qualifies him to be successful at this work. He also took the time to explain how his one way doors work and where the bats would likely go when blocked out. The job was clean and successful. Will definitely recommend Bats Canada to anyone.
