Bats b-gone. Thank you Kenny. It's been a week and I'm finally relaxing more in our home. My husband is a whole lot happier also. Kenny was awesome. Installed 1 way exits with a complete explanation of what we should expect to see, for a short period of time and what we wouldn't be seeing anymore. Myself being very skeptical I still look for signs of the little pest that were taking over my life and making my husband wonder if Iwas ever going to rest again and be comfortable in our home. Cuz my nerves were so bad , and Kenny sensed it he obliged us with a very long drive within 36 hrs from when I contacted him. We never did hear them in our home but had very definite signs of them. Haven't had any signs of there dirt in our cold cellar in a week. And an entrance spot after 3 days has not shown any of their droppings. At this time and I know it's only been a week and im excited to the expertise and the professionalism of Kenny. My husband and I are totally trusting his work on our home and other than seeing him when he comes to take out the exits we don't think we will need to see him for BATS again. I had looked at many companies and ended up looking at reviews from people. After reading many and I mean many reviews I discovered bats canada was the only company that I would be satisfied withthe job and their guarantee. Thank you Kenny, you were awesome. We've been living in this home since it was constructed, almost 10 years ago. Last year we woke to noises in our bedroom and sudden movement of our blinds. We discovered a bat. It flew out of the room, and we thought it must have come in through an open door. About 1 hour later we started hearing noises again. Upon turning on the lights we saw another bat (which at that time we thought was the same one that came in). Needless to say, we had a bat problem. We wanted so much to be rid of the bats, that we called a wild life company. They gave us a one year warranty. However, within a few weeks we saw bats again. So, they came out and tried to add more one-way doors and not yet seal the first ones. Then the problem was gone until we saw bats three times over the winter. We called the wild life company again, but I was neither happy nor comfortable with them. That's when we found out about Bats Canada. Kenny came by and spent almost the whole working day on our property. He put multiple one-way doors, and even took the time to find the one bat that had been flying around the house recently. Having had a bad experience initially, I was skeptical. After Kenny installed the one way doors, in April, we would continue to hear bats in the walls and attic. It was too cold for them to go out I believe. But now that the weather warmed up, I don't hear the noises in the wall, there's no bat poop in my house when I wake up in the morning and I haven't seen a bat for a few months. Kenny was great, and I wish I had called him last year. I feel so much more comfortable now than I did a year ago. If you have bats, or know of someone who does, Bats Canada is who you need to call. Great work, great customer service!

We live in a century home and have had the odd bat in the house over the years, usually during the winter, but last summer, mostly in August, it was more than a common occurrence. So I took my lawn chair and sat out at dusk just to see what was going on...I was more than a little disturbed to count how many freeloaders we had in our attic! Now, I have no issues with bats in a natural environment, but it was a little unsettling not knowing when or where the next one was going to turn up inside the house - and a little embarrassing when you had company. So I checked their habits, etc out on the internet, thinking we maybe could do this ourselves and was overwhelmed to say the least. We have a 3 story brick house with a metal roof, not my cup of tea...Then I found Bats Canada and shot an email off to Kenny who gave us a quote over the phone, came in the fall, on the designated day, sealed up every possible entry crevice, finishing with installing 2 one-way exit doors in the eaves where I had seen my tiny friends exiting. That night and the next, lawn chair duty again, I watched our unwanted guests leave for the last time. It was expensive, but it's my home and I wanted it back. He just came this past weekend, in May, to remove the one-way doors and see if he had solved our problem, and I am happy to say we have not seen one bat since the first time he was here, although they are still around outside, they must have found a new home - perhaps in our barn, which is fine with me. All I can say is Wow!! If anyone has a bat problem in their house, this is the guy to call. Kenny from Bats Canada is amazing!! The service is outstanding and the friendliness is over the top! I called him with a bat problem and within 5 minutes I had an estimate and the next day he was here to do the job, completed the job in one day. Let me start by saying if you have any Bat issues you must call Kenny at Bat's Canada. We started with a bat issue a few years ago. Unfortunately when we discovered this, in our state of panic, we called a local wildlife company. They assured us that the issue was limited to our soffits, they caulked them up, put the one way door on and said the problem was fixed. They also offered a five year gaurentee. Well here we are a few years later and guess what.... bats again! This time in the walls. Turns out the wildlife company only made the problem worse by doing a partial job and all the bats did was relocate. Also after reading the fine print the gaurentee was limited to only the job they did. So this time after proper research we discovered Kenny at Bats Canada. What a relief. Kenny got back to us immediately and set up a time to come to our house. He is very efficient and so professional. He took the time to hear our concerns and explained exactly how he was going to rid us of these bats for good. He literally went from the bottom of our house to the top and covered every inch, sealing cracks and spaces and he easily discovered the 3 spots where the bats were entering our home. We have a large home with steep roof lines and he moved around with total ease. He installed 3 one way doors for the bats to leave safely and not be able to return. After completing the job he again took the time to reassure us that he would make sure our bat problem was resolved for good. He then was kind enough to give us a courtesy call the next day to make sure everything was ok. We found the price of Kennys work very reasonable and believe me you can't put any price on peace of mind. I was many times losing sleep when I would hear the bats in the walls but since Kenny has been here I haven't thought about it at all as I know the Bats will finally be gone for good this time! Would recommend service, Ken was great to work with. He came up quickly to bat proof our home and install 1 way exits. We would recommend his service to anyone with the disclaimer that it is expensive. We wanted to make sure it was done right and done right the first time so we picked him after the reviews. No regrets so far. Job was completed in July.

We have been in our country home for 5 years and had seen a few bats over the first few years and chalked it up to some kind of fluke (not realizing the problem), but this summer we saw several over a two week period and then we knew we needed a solution! We found during an online search and he was out the following week to seal everything up and set up the exit doors at the points of entry. Bats gone! Then this past weekend, Kenny came by to remove the bat doors, as promised (and with no follow-up call needed). Kenny did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it! After putting up with bats every August for the past ten years, we hired Bats Canada to come and take care of the problem. Our daughter was terrified when August would come around and we would all be on alert waiting for them to appear. Bats Canada was very professional and it was money well spent. We highly recommend them for the job. No bats this August!

We have lived in a old home in London and have struggled with bats for the past 5 years since we moved in. My wife was at her wits end, but in fairness she always seemed to be the one to first come across the bats. I called Bats Canada, and they came out and sealed up the house within the week. I am a technical detail guy, and was all up their business, seeing exactly what they were doing. I have to say he was extremely thorough. I had a lot of concern with regards to the caulking used on a historic home against the brick, but the transparent brand Kenny uses did indeed disappear as he said. The only thing that would make me happier would be a lower price. But I guess you pay for quality. In sealing the house against bats, he also seems to have rid the house of mice too, although he only guaranteed the bats.

We've lived in our home for 4 years and have had 3 bats fly into our house through the gas fireplace. We could sit out in the evening and see many bats fly out from behind the siding. This past summer I could hear rustling behind the fireplace. Although we didn't see any bats, we knew it would only be a matter if time. We called Bats Canada in July 2016 and they came out and sealed any and every opening that a bat might be able to squeeze through. I'm happy to say, we have not seen any bats coming or going from our house. We live near a wooded area and know that they do still live around us, just not with us! It was money well spent.
