Fantastic experience dealing with Bats Canada. Informative, professional and experienced. From the original conversation where my bat issue was discussed and the process was thoroughly explain, to scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job everything was done professionally. They showed up on time as scheduled and worked quickly to address what needed to be done. They sealed the entire house .. very cleanly and expertly .. and installed the one way bat doors and caged off any other areas of ingress and explained what happens next . Bat problem solved! I shown that squirrels for some reason had taken to gnawing at the plastic vent covers and ruining them. Not a worry, they removed the ruined vent and covered it to prevent any more damage. I was told to a buy new and they would replace it when they returned to remove the bat doors. Next visit they did just that .. went on the roof and replaced the vent with the new one. I recommend that if you have a bat problem, you call no one else but Bat Canada if you want to ensure the job is done correctly and professionally. If you're having troubles with your heart...you go to a heart specialist. If you're having trouble with bats...you go to a bat specialist. Originally was going to call a wildlife company for my bat problem. Glad I second guessed myself and called Bats Canada. Bats is ALL they do. Kenny always returned my emails. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up. A little worried about removal of bat entry doors and final seal up..when you pay in full for a job without it being finished completely...you always wonder will they actually come back to finish,especially when company is out of town. After an email,Kenny assured me he would come back to finish. I believe Ben came out to finish the job. Perhaps the two partners work together to finish each others jobs if they are in the area. Which is a rather smart idea. Who ever you get,you cant go wrong. Push HGTV for more TV shows. I know if my bat issue isn't resolved,they will be back to warranty their work. Sil,Tecumseh,Ontario

Great experience! We originally decided to save money and hired a ‘wild life guy’. The bats came back within 6 months. Our entire roof is now properly critter proofed and it looks great! We should have just paid to have it done right in the first place.

Like many people that come to this site and look over the reviews, you likely have had a bat in your home or office. When we reached out to Kenny we were unsure of what the process would be or how much it was all going to cost. Kenny was upfront, professional and thorough. He was very straightforward with how he removes the bats and prevents them from coming back. Taken aback by the price tag at first we decided to do some research of our own. We checked with his references and spoke to others that have tried to go the other way(ministry, wildlife services, sonar, etc.) the only ones to say they have NEVER had a bat come back are the ones that have had Bats Canada come to work on their homes. It is totally worth the price to be one and done when it comes to having bats in your home. I would recommend Kenny and his team to anyone that is looking for bat removal to be done. Professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Kenny was able to assess our problems right away and give us an updated quote once he got to our home and that quote came in under his initial quote quite substantially. Thank you Kenny.
