I would highly recommend Bats Canada. We noticed bat droppings on our deck roof outside one of the bedrooms. Bats Canada came to confirm we did have bats. They found the opening and sealed our home so the bats could only exit but were unable to get back in our home. We have been free from Bats ever since. Their service was prompt and professional.

We had moved into our house beginning of summer in 2019, quickly realized that we had a freeway in and out of our rooftop of bats..... Researched online and called the most highly reviewed company out there, (Bats Canada Inc) and Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to get our situation resolved. He's recently been back to remove the exit pipes from the under-hang of the house, and everything is sealed up tight as a drum. 100% would highly recommend Kenny and his team if you've got bats in your belfry!

Bats developed foothold in our house that was built around 1985. Kenny sorted it out very professionally and we have no problems at all now. He spent almost a whole day sealing it from top to bottom, and then followed up the following spring. Very thorough work.

Kenny was very professional and personable from the start. When we originally sent pictures of our duplex for his assessment, he was honest, telling us that our roof was ready for a do over. Kenny said he could not in good conscience come and do his work when in 1-2 years the roofers would come, tear down all his work and we would be calling again as the bats would return. We appreciated and respected his honesty. So began a long process of having roof done first and waiting a year for bat removal. 2020 was the year, and despite his main guy being out of country and the Corona virus making the rounds, he came on his own, and spent 5-6 hours bat proofing our duplex. He talked us through the process and was diligent with attention to detail. I would recommend his services to anyone with a bat issue. Thanks Kenny for clearing the bats in our belfry! You do great work!

We had arranged for another company to do this process for us in August 2018 as part of a major renovation we were undertaking. They did part of the job - in April 2019 we saw the business owner and he indicated - "yes, I know I have to get there to finish up". In the winter we had spray foam insulation installed in the entire attic and 2nd floor and assumed that we wouldn't have bats return - and unfortunately in June they did. We contact the company and they said they would be there the next week - then they said it was too hot...they had really let me down after a significant investment in riding our house of the beasts and the odour. In desperation I searched the internet and came across Bats Canada. At 9 p.m. I sent an email to Bats Canada. I was in tears!!! When I woke the next morning at 6 a.m. I was surprised with a response and then after a few emails back and forth and a phone call (all by 11 a.m.) they provided a quote and indicated that between us we would watch for a cooler day and they would come and do the exclusion. The temperature was going to drop in a couple of days and before I had a chance to email them they called me. They were here when they promised! They did the job and called back the next day to see how everything was!!! They came back to remove the escape hatches as promised and indicated that if we had any problem to let them know right away. It was another month before I heard from the original contractor with a date they would come and do the exclusion! I can't thank Kenny enough for his awesome level of customer service and would happily recommend him to anyone!

Four years ago we were experiencing almost a nightly infestation of bats which we would encounter every morning flyespectful. ring around our dining room. This went on for a few weeks before we finally called Kenny who promptly came out and thoroughly sealed up our 100 plus year old home. A couple of weeks ago, we again had the misfortune of having a bat flying around our bedroom, not once but three nights in a row! Fortunately Kenny was working nearby, and immediately found the source of entry (an old brick had recently worn away) and sealed it. Kenny should be what every professional tradesman aspires to! We’ve had a few bats on our house over the years, and last week I woke up suddenly to my wife freaking out over one in our bedroom. It was the last straw - time to bring in a professional. Wife found a name by random searching on Google. Guy came and he was awful. I didn’t feel comfortable with him at all. I jumped on HomeStars and Bats Canada had great reviews. Kenny responded immediately to our inquiry and clearly knew what he was doing. We arranged a time for him to come out 2 days later. He showed up on time, gave us a reasonable quote, and went to work. He is a total pro. Made us feel totally comfortable, gave us excellent info, and guaranteed us we wouldn’t have the problem again. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. His reviews on here are exactly right: if you need help with anything related to bats, Kenny is the guy. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Kenny!

I emailed Kenny several times prior to hiring him to come out and bat proof our home. He was always speedy with his replies and very helpful. Before we hired him we also decided to redo our roof. He offered advice on what kind of roof to go with without us having even hired him. We hired Kenny after our new roof was on. He came out to our property right away. He was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The friends in our attic have tried to return but can't seem to find their way back in. Thanks so much for your work Kenny!
