    Bird removal

    Was unable to remove one of the 3 bird nest in the first visit but he came back to remove the best

    Job done by lunch time.

    Called a few places I found through here for quotes for a bird nest removal from an exhaust vent in my house. This company gave me the best estimate. Talked to them in the morning and the job was done perfectly by lunch time same day.

    Reliable ant control in Pickering

    Moved into a house in Pickering last year and like many in Durham the spring warm up brought with it some tiny uninvited guests to my home. Carlo was quick to answer the call, showed up on time, explained the product he was recommending for the ants and made quick work of the job. No sign of any ants in the house for the rest of the year. Work was guaranteed for 365 days, and with the spring this year I had a few more of these guys pop up and Carlo showed up for a second round with the same positive attitude and comedic demeanour. I highly recommend him and will be keeping in touch for all my pest control needs over the years.

    Wasp treatment

    Did a great job, sprayed and powdered the hole on the house. Friendly, and fast. Explained what he was doing, checked with us if we have pets, and used the appropriate sprays. Very considerate.

    Spray wasp nest at ground level

    Fast service. Straight forward and honest. My job was pretty simple (no ladders required) but I've never sprayed a nest before so I thought I'd hire a pro. I would use Cain Pest again.

    Ridding the house of really small flies

    Carlo really worked with me to resolve a long standing issue with a really small fly constantly in the house. He came 3-4 times and tried different things until we got the issue resolved. I had used other pest control companies but the issue never got fully resolved until Carlo from Cain got involved. I’m so grateful there are no more of those pesky flies.

    Getting to the root of the problem

    Carlo was very personable and professional. He eased our worries quickly and answered all our questions. He came twice for treatment and we noticed an immediate effect on mice in the house. He set the poison containers in key areas and explained how the poison works. He came back the second time when we saw more mouse droppings and checked and refilled all the poison housings. He finally came back a third time to plug holes. The first time he took a walk around the property and identify potential entry points which he caulked. But there was one area under the deck which he could not access in winter. In summer he came and went under the deck and identified potential entry points where the electrical and gas lines came inside the house and caulked them. He is really pleasant guy to talk to and very prompt and efficient service. Would recommend him to others and give him 10/10 points for his work.

    Pest Control

    Carlo helped me with my pest issue in the backyard. He arrived ahead of schedule, was extremely knowledgeable, did what he came to do, answered all my questions, and overall is a great and trustworthy guy to work with.

    Birds in vent duct

    Carlo did a great job dealing with my bird problem. He was extremely friendly and came exactly on time. And it doesn’t hurt that he had the best price. Thanks Carlo!

    Rodent control

    Carlos was great. Quick, efficient and good price. Really accommodating and I felt he wasn't giving us the runaround. Having the year warrantee for the same price as others were quoting for six months coverage was a big selling factor. Felt like he was truly trying to help us get rid of our mice problem instead of setting up the need for recurring visits. Would recommend him for sure.
