I had a beg bug problem that slowly reared its bites throughout a period of 4 to 5 weeks. After finally figuring out it was a bed bug issue, I quickly called CAIN (through a referral from a friend). The owner was very thorough in explaining to me the process of exterminating these bugs and gave me peace of mind that this is a small problem relative to other pest infestations. I called at 5 p.m. and he sent an exterminator over at 8 a.m. the next morning. Unlike other exterminator companies, CAIN offers just 1 spray (very quick - less than 15 minutes in my condo unit), but 1-year guarantee. If you notice the problem persists or returns, they will come to spray as many times as needed - at no extra charge. Other companies just offer to spray your home twice within a period of a month. I highly recommend CAIN to anyone unfortunately experiencing a bed bug problem. The bugs were gone within a couple of weeks after!

We bought our home in downtown Toronto and moved in just as some of the city's services, including garbage collection, went on strike. As the colder weather set in, we noticed droppings inside our home and based on positive reviews from other Homestars members we called Cain right away. Carlo was knowledgeable and we knew we were in good hands from the beginning. He had Tony, a member of his crew, out at our house the very next day. Not only did Tony show up on time; he was early. He found the entry point where the rat had been making its way into our home and sealed it up so that there could be no further entries into the home. He answered all of my questions and the rat was caught right away. Cain's work comes with a one-year warranty and they also offered suggestions for other steps we could take to further protect our home from unwanted guests. We plan to put these measures in place right away.

Last winter mice had entered the townhouse. I bought food/noise makers which were said to be "professional grade". This was a complete waste of money. I called Ahmad who took care of most of them with one visit. However he happily came back to take care of the ones remaining. He lived up to his guarantee. I would definitely use him again. No more rodents in the house!

One night while in bed we heard little footsteps above us and immediately thought we had rats. After calling Cain and having an attic inspection done, we found out that it was actually squirrels that were getting into our attic through a hole in the side of our house. Cain was very quick to respond to our issue (we called Friday evening and they were onsite Sunday at noon) and were even able to fix the problem on the spot. I'd highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs.
