    Excellent service with a sense of humour .. Well done Carlo!!

    You could not get a better wasp pest control company! This company makes appointments, and actually keeps them, refreshing. Carlo is most helpful and did quite a bit of extra work at no charge. My grand daughter is highly allergic to yellow jackets, and Carlo took care of the problem, professionally & inexpensively. Would highly recommend!! Thanks, Derik

    Bird nest removal from exhaust vent

    I first saw Carlo and Bob 2-3 years earlier when they came to remove my neighbours wasp nests. I called them to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Over 24 hours before the appointment, they asked to push the appointment back a 3 hours. Very professional and respectful of my time by doing so. When they arrived today, on time, they got to work removing the nest, replacing the exhaust vent cap. They did it quickly, professionally, and with a great sense of humour. They know what their doing and take great pride it in. Thanks guys!

    Mice in attic

    The first pest control company I hired put bait in my garage and threw bait into my attic a few times but the horrible noise never stopped. After 3 weeks of distress, I contacted Carlo and his services included closing the holes on the outside so mice could no longer enter my home as well as inspecting and putting bait in the attic. He phoned to let me know he'd be a bit late, came in an unmarked car and cleaned up the insulation that fell in the cupboard from the attic. I really appreciated this. My problem is now solved and house is silent. Thanks.

    Moths be gone.

    After trying pheromone traps, dry cleaning, steam cleaning, storing all our clothing in bags, and more for months, we called Carlo to help us get rid of moths in our apartment. He was responsive, reasonably-priced, showed up on time, and worked efficiently to spray the entire apartment. It's been two weeks, and we haven't seen a single moth since. We can't say THANK YOU enough to Carlo for his help!!

    Raccoon Problems

    We used Cain twice-once years ago for a mouse issue and now due to raccoons tearing at our roof at night. Carlo and his crew arrived on shedule and took care of the problem for a reasonable price without trying to charge us for any unnecessary work. Pleasant guys to deal with-definitely recommend. Unmarked truck is a bonus.

    Pest control

    Excellent service Carlo is great very great service professional very patient and very knowledgeable and friendly does a very thorough job. Will be recommended to all who need pest control especially anyone dealing with Boxelder tree bugs that try n use your home like bear who hibernated n then comes out lol. Good job Carlo!!

    Wasp Removal

    This is the second time we have had Carlos come and help us get rid of a wasp nest in a different location. While he was walking around the house checking for other nests, he noticed that our backyard gate was off the hinge. He immedaitely headed for his truck and fixed this problem as well as the wasp issue at no extra charge. In this day and age it is hard to get people in the home reno business to even call you back. We really appreciated the extra help.

    Best in the City

    We discovered a mouse problem that we thought we would be able to rectify on our own. When we could not, we called Cain Pest Control and Carlo showed up the next day. He took care of the problem and even returned the following day with tools so that he could take a panel off of our deck, to make sure there were no entry points under the deck. We never would have suggested that, but he did, and that showed us a great a deal of honesty and integrity. Carlo had to return to our house about 6 months later, as we discovered that the problem had returned, probably due to new detrioration in the roof. We called, he showed up the very next day and made good on his warranty. We really appreciated that service. I would highly recommend this company.

    Pest Control

    Almost a year ago we contacted Carlo from Cain Pest Control, he's been to our house a couple of times. He is very honest, and honours his warranties. Carlo and his staff were very friendly and courteous. If we need pest control in the future, hopefully not, we will definitely be calling the services of Cain Pest Control

    Pest control

    Carlo was very personable and professional. He came on time and it did not take long for an appointment. Carlo is very knowledgeable and explained his treatment process. He gave a list of what to do before the treatment and how long you should be away. He also provides a guarantee. I would highly recommend him for any of your unwanted insect guests. Carlo's prices are also very reasonable.
