    Our Rat Problem!

    We had a rat problem in our shop that just would not go away no matter what we tried, Carlo came in and took care of the issue in one visit! Would definitely recommend to all my friends!

    Carlo fixed my squirrel problem!

    When I saw a hole in the stucco under my roof a few months ago, I didn't know what to do. A neighbour recommended Cain Pest Control. She has been using them for years. Carlo (the owner) was at my house in less than 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with. A couple of months later a new hole appeared. Carlo came to check it out and solved the problem - no charge. He is extremely responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and effective. I trust him and highly recommend Cain pest Control.

    Mouse Fears!

    After a night of no sleep from worrying about seeing something moving fast across my kitchen floor, I called Carlos at Cain Pest Control. He was able to arrive within four hours and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He sealed off any holes he found on the outside of our house and put poison down in the kitchen and basement. I feel a lot happier than I did a few hours ago and will hopefully sleep well tonight!! Thank you for a great service. Highly recommended.

    Wasp removal advice

    I called Carlos at Cain on a Sunday to ask how to get rid of the numerous wasps suddenly clinging to my study window. He explained that at this stage of the wasp nest's cycle there was little he could do--though he would of course be willing to come and treat the likely holes appropriately if I so wished. He gave me excellent advice on how to deal with the situation myself and took time to explain exactly what was happening in my home. The advice is working. He saved me the cost of an unnecessary home visit. Thanks Carlos.

    Any control

    Carlo has been an annual fixture at our house for almost 10 years. Reliable, effective and cost competitive...Carlos has helped us with all sorts of pests (mice, ants, etc). Very quick and personable service as well and he won't sell you what you don't need. Highly recommend him.

    Wasp Nest Gone

    I found Carlo through HomeStars and what a find! He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. The wasp nest is gone, and he provides a guarantee for his work. Very satisfied with his service today. I'll update my review if I have any problems with the wasps coming back.

    Excellent Well Informed Phone Response

    I called Cain Pest Control, a company I found on the Internet. Carlo, the owner, was amazingly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. When I explained the problem I was having with a type of moth, he told me what to do, without any charge for his phone advice. He was "bang on" with his instructions. He was extremely courteous, pleasant and willingly to help and did not demand that I had to have a contract with his company, before he would even talk with me. Other pest control companies would not even talk with you unless you made a commitment. I am so impressed with Cain Pest Control and would recommend Carlo, the owner, to any of my friends and family.

    Best service there is in ontario

    Cain pest control is the best pest control that is in ontario nothing else compairs to it in the province his prices are very fair and he does the job very well

    Ants, all kinds of ants

    I highly recommend Carlo at Cain Pest Control. He gives professional, great service and HONOURS HIS WARRANTY. He came to my house last year to deal with a lot of Carpenter Ants crawling up the side of my house. He was very thorough and treated all around the outside of my home and even included the regular ant nests he found. I did not see those ants again. This morning I found red ants with wings coming out of the drain in my laundry room. Masses of them. I called Carlo on a Sunday afternoon. He happened to be in the area and was at my house in 7 minutes! He completely took care of the problem, killed all the ants and explained how these Citronella ants dig and nest. Best of all, he did not charge me as I was still under his ONE YEAR WARRANTY for the different ants from last year. If you have an ant problem, you can trust Carlo to take care of it.

    GREAT SERVICE!

    I called Cain Pest & Wildlife Control at 5 pm one day and Carlo was at my house at 1pm the next day. The service was excellent - a very thorough walk-through of the exterior of the house.....closed off any possible entry ways for the creature(s) I was hearing in my walls, followed by a similar walk-through inside the house. Plus traps have been set. Carlo left me feeling confident that the problem is completely under control now, along with an invitation to call him right away if I hear critters again! Thank you Carlo!
