Cain was fast, reliable and offered the best warranty I've seen. 1 year on a condo for bed bugs, spraying every month if required. Carlo gave me detailed instructions of what to do to prepare and was considerably less expensive than other companies I had contacted (and who only offered 3 month warranties). He was friendly, professional and prepared (he came with slippers to wear on my carpet). He did a thorough spray and even helped move some furniture! Cain does an honest, fast, complete job at a competitive price with an outstanding guarantee. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent response time, customer service and quality of service. Removed a hornet's nest in my backyard within 2.5 hours of my first telephone call. Highly satisfied with the service provided!

I am not impressed with the mediocre service that I received from Carlo with total disregard for customer service. I hired this company in the past to deal with mice's coming in my garage and entering my home. I got the help needed from a great employee of Carlo who I found out was later let go. I then called back a year later to deal with mice's in my bedroom walls but to no avail the problem was not resolved as Carlo asked for additional money if I needed warranty, even though his company motto states "if they come back so do we". what a joke!! Carlo didn't even want to come back when I called him the second time and took months before coming. There was no follow-up and he is quite rude in his attitude. He still has not conducted a proper inspection and only laid down bait in my attic. I am truly disappointed and feel helpless. This is true Carlo!! you have left me stranded and ever followed up.

I called Cain On Mothers Day morning to help with the removal of a raccoon from my blue bin. Straight forth and honest, he told me what to do. Carlos also helped me get rid of racoons when I first moved into my home 10 years ago. Dependable and honest service. Highly recommend.

I used Cain a few times for wasp nest treatments around and on the outside of my home. Carlo personally did the treatments and returned to treat another nest the same summer - under his "one year warranty" even though it was clearly a new nest in a new location. I recently had a bed bug scare - Carlo was at my house within a few hours and checked the bugs I'd found (luckily NOT bed bugs), thoroughly checked all beds in the house, AND did not charge me as he said he was in the area. Many companies would have continued with the treatment and charged me for it. He was very understanding and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I'm sure I'm not done with various critters and pests - but I know who to call to make it all OK.

I noticed over a one month period a "clicking" noise behind my drywall (upstairs) and later realized (when looking at my roof) there was a wasp nest inside the roof (entry through some raised shingles). Given the number of wasps flying in and out, it appeared to be a fairly large nest. I called Cain Pest Control, spoke to Carlo, and he paid me a visit the following day. Given the size and location, it took a few visits to completely eradicate the nest and seal up the entry point, but the job was done to my complete satisfaction. I can honestly say that Carlo was on time (every time), reasonably priced, honest and responsive. His follow-up was equally impressive. I would not hesitate to use Cain Pest Control again, and would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Finished weeding my yard, noticed a cute gray squirrel munching on branches of my front tree. Then he hopped onto my roof. I walked onto the street and looked up, yes he was building a nest. Some companies i called were booked one week in advance, so i tried to get someone sooner, Carlos said a man will show up the same day. Art showed up in about 1.5 hours and applied a mesh on my soffit, where two gables on my house meets. An inspection was all that was required, since Art was already here i decided to take preventative measures,up charge was reasonable. Art was very courteous, professional and efficient. Workmanship is even warrantied. Don't really want more critters in my house, but if they do come over, i will call Cain again, because they are most certainly able.

We started getting woken up at night by scratchy noises in the walls around us... We were not sure if we had squirrels, mice or other charming littles ones as our new roommates. We had a suspicion that a squirrel might have found it's way in under a new crack in the roof, but live in a old victorian, in which it is very difficult to access the roof. We called Cain, and they arrived with special ladders and equipment the following Saturday to help us fix the problem. They could not with certainty see what kind of "problem" we had, but took steps to prevent squirrels to entering, hoping that could be it. Unfortunately, it wasn't a squirrel, and the noises continued. Before we had a chance to call Cain back to ask them to come out again, they themselves called us to follow up, and see if our problem was fixed. I was very impressed with this customer focus. Between that call and the next visit from Carlo and his team, we have seen mice in the house, so we knew what we were dealing with. They have now put poison in place to get rid of the mice - the little buggers love that stuff, so we hear them in the trap boxes. We feel very confident that Carlo and his team will succeed in getting rid of them, as we have seen that they do continue the efforts until the pests are gone.We are happy that we chose to call Cain, and recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

We've had Carlo out twice now. One time was for rats. He set us up with boxes and problem gone! This time he found no problem and didn't charge us. Go with Cain.

We had a unique problem, as the flashing in one section of our house was ripped off when we had vines removed. Squirrels suddenly became our roommates. Carlo (the owner) was extremely helpful and set up a one way door so that the squirrels could not return once they left for food. He than closed up the hole for us so that we did not require another company and expense. Carlo is a straight shooter, and an easy going guy. I have already recommended him to others and would use him again.
