After experiencing a worsening infestation of carpentar ants each spring for 4 years, we decided to call Cain Pest Control 2 years ago. Since then, they have sprayed the house twice and there are basically no ants to be seen since then. Carlo was very friendly. He explained the entire process to us before doing the work. He also used minimum chemicals in the house and went as far as to remove some of the baseboards and leave ant powder inside the walls to avoid using more pesticides than necessary. We would definitely recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Last summer I called Cain Pest Control to remove a wasp's nest. I was soo pleased with the work done by Carlo and Team that I called them back once again to remove some Carpenter Bees. While Carlo was at our property I also had him spray around the entire house for potato bugs. I like the fact that once you call Cain Pest Control they come out to your house the same day or early the next day. The prices are reasonable and Carlo took the time to explain how the spray works and how long it would last. I would recommend this company to anyone who has any insect problems!

I had a mice problem in my house a couple of years ago and was terrified to even go to sleep because I would hear so much scratching and freak out. Carlo came and put down some bait and sealed off some cracks on the outside of my house and haven't had any since. Great job, highly recommended.

Carlo was quick and responsive to our call and concern. Newish to TO and the creatures that make their lives in our 'hood turned my stomach. Carlo was knowledgable and helpful. He made sure we had all we needed. He advised us to call him if there were any further concerns, or anything else we needed. We found several ants in the kitchen area last month. Within 2 hours of the initial call to Cain Pest Control, someone was here to spray the kitchen area which has been free of ants ever since. We called yesterday when we found some ants in our bedroom and the very next day, someone came to spray the entire home (including the exterior). No questions asked. The 1 year guarantee worked for us and customer care has been excellent. We are very pleased with the results.

I called Carlo last year when we noticed "sawdust" around the back porch and suspected carpenter ants that we actually saw running around. Carlo confirmed, explained why (old damp wood) and sprayed thoroughly. He also said that carpenter ants are difficult to get rid off and gave us 1yr warranty. He came back once at the end of the summer to spray again. We redid the porch this month, and while there was plenty of evidence in several locations that carpenter ants had lived there, they were gone totally and without doubt. A few yrs ago Carlo expertly got rid of the vasp nest in our 3rd fl exterior wall, and carpenter bees in the railing. He always answered his phone, or called back asap, and made an effort to come asap, too. A nice guy and a perfect professional. While I am never actually happy to see him, I can absolutely recommend his company's services.

This winter, we discovered that we had several unwanted houseguests in the form of mice in the kitchen. We called Cain that night, and Carlo himself answered the phone and was there, on time, the next day. Carlo was knowledgeable, kind, and very calm. We did require follow-up, as our home is semi-detached and the mice were not just contained to our home. Carlo sent one of his employees the same day and happily our problem is now on the mend. The mice traps used by Cain are not spring traps, so there is no mess to deal with. We were so happy with this company.

Old house - a few mice in for the winter. Sleepless nights as they climb the walls. Carlo was here promptly and kindly explained how he'd rid the house of our uninvited friends. I did not realize its more involved than dropping some bait. He inspected the external walls of the house and found more than a few suspected entry points. Mice are small and the space they can squeeze through seemed smaller still. A pleasure to meet with good stories about his adventures in this space and how he guarantees his work. Carlo has dealt with the mouse problem in my house for a couple of years. I recommend him to friends and co workers all the time and always get a thank you call after raving about how great he was. He is punctual, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't say enough great things about him.

I woke up one evening to a bat flying around my bedroom and my cat chasing it. I called Carlos (4 am) and he was at my house within 20 minutes and removed the bat promptly. 3 weeks later the same thing happened again and Carlo came right over. The next day he returned to check my attic and surrounding area for bats, and luckily found no evidence of bats living in my house......Hopefully, I will not have to call Carlos again for a very long time, but if I do, I know I can trust him to be here promptly.
