    Flood dry out and renovations

    All the different workers and subcontractors seem to be quite professional and efficient, particularly the cleanup guy whom performed above and beyond the call of duty, I thought.

    Flood damage

    The Team at DKI was fast to respond to our flood damage in our basement. Communications was great and they were very efficient and quick to repair the damaged basement.

    Front step repair with landscaping and exterior work

    We worked with RCCN through an insurance claim. They did a beautiful job with the exterior renovations, new stairs, post, a door, railings, and siding. Given the circumstances of the pandemic and resource availability, the job did take some time, longer than anticipated, however the completed job is thorough and we are very happy with how it all turned out!

    Basement Repairs from a partial flood

    I had to switch a company that failed in communicating or getting the job done right. I chose Rocky Cross Construction North and was beyond satisfied. They are professional in each step taken and were quick too. The communication was great, they got back to me in record time. Professional and kind hearted all the way! They do a final clean with awesome people as well! Thank you to all who worked on these repairs!

    Flooring renovation

    They did a good job on floors and were very professional. They came across some unexpected delays but they handled it well

    Basement Water Damage in storage room...

    Water leak in storage room everything ripped out floors, shelving, dry wall...they did an excellent job helpful, very pleasant and kept to there schedule..... Highly recommend them..

    Water Damage Repair

    Following a heavy rainstorm last June we experienced water damage to the hardwood flooring in our family room. The water appeared to be leaking in through our chimney, although we could not be certain of this and needed help in determining the exact cause. We engaged RCCN through our insurance claim and it turned out to be a great decision. As soon as RCCN visited our home for the initial assessment they contacted a stucco specialist who very quickly identified the cause of the water ingress (a loose chimney cap and cracks in the stucco). RCCN made sure that the exterior repairs were completed prior to any interior repairs being undertaken to prevent any further damage. RCCN then organized all of the various trades to replace the damaged hardwood flooring and refinish all other areas to match. The staff at RCCN were all amazing, returning our calls promptly, and answering all of our questions. You definitely get the impression that the company really care about their clients and their own staff. I should also say that RCCN dealt directly with our insurance company to ensure all of the repairs were covered under our claim, for which we are very grateful.

    Floor replacement

    Our floors were damaged in a flood. RCCN managed the move-in, move-out and replacement. They were on time and pleasant to deal with

    Amazing Team

    The team communicated very well, responded immediately to my calls . They were extremely friendly and caring about the job and not inconveniencing me. They did an awesome job of not making a mess and taking care of our possessions. The job went off without a hitch and we feel while again in our house. Thank you Sam and Dominick.
