    Flooring installation and dishwasher installation

    Our dishwasher leaked and damaged the laminate flooring and sub flooring. RCC was scheduled to remove the damaged laminate flooring and reinstall laminate flooring. The contracted plumber also ran new water lines to the new dishwasher. The work was completed in a week. All workmen were excellent including Colin, the project manager.

    Basement flood reno

    Our basement reno was completed after an upstairs flood did severe damage. RRCCN company completed the job with acurracy and the trades were so easy to deal with.

    Handled our restoration, did a great job

    We had a small leak called the insurance company. They sent Rocky Cross. They were great and their sub contractors they hired were great to deal with.

    Repairs to house and garage caused by storm

    June 12th 2022 a storm caused a large tree on our property to break and fall on our house and garage causing roofing and siding problems. RCC were very professional in the handling of our repairs.

    Flooring repair

    RCCN was very easy to deal in the whole process I had my dishwasher cause a flood due to a leak, and RCCN made the whole process on repairs so easy and seemless

    Bathroom reno

    Rocky Cross provided all the support and follow up to complete our bathroom claim. The office staff and trades were professional and easy to work with. It was refreshing to work with a company that's reliable and knows what they're doing!

    Basement Restoration

    Great company to work with. Great customer service and communication. Did an outstanding job replacing the floor in our basement, new vanity and mirror in the bathroom, drywall repairs and painting, new baseboards.

    Floors

    Floors got wreaked from leaky dishwasher. Rocky came within hours after call to insurance to clean up. Flooring once ordered and finalized was installed quickly, any concerns were addressed right away. End product looked amazing. Very happy with quality of work.

    Main floor flooring

    Used Rocky Cross to handle our insurance claim for flood damaged due to dishwasher failure. Their team did a great job through out the process, working with the fact we were in the house during this time with 2 small kids. The members of their team were always polite and respectful. We could not be happier with the work they did and they were quick to adjust anything that came up in the process.

    Very professional and awesome job!

    RCC was hired by an insurance company to restore a bathroom following a leak. This company communicated efficiently from the beginning of the project (proposed plan including dates for contractors) right through to the end ensuring 100% customer satisfaction prior to closing the file. I would 100% recommend this company to see your renovations through and be confident that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. I will add, as well, that the project was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you RCC!
