    Basement Re-Carpet

    Following a burst pipe in our basement, we were so pleased with our service from Rocky Cross. They were prompt and very polite when it came to installing and checking on the dryers, as well as the clean up after the new carpet had been installed. We can't thank them enough!

    Living room, hall hall and laundry room reno

    We had a bad flood in our laundry room at our condo - Rocky Cross provided the reno for the space damaged. They were always on time, finished the project early and had a spectacular final product. They were clean in the space and kept care of the space as well.

    Roof Repair

    Several water marks on my house roof due to condensation. RCC completed the repairs in a timely manner. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They accommodated our requests. Post repairs, the roof looks like brand-new. We are extremely happy.

    Clothes Dryer Fire clean up and rebuild

    Clothes Dryer Fire resulting in the teardown of Laundry room waterlines, replacement of clothes washer and dryer, drywall taken out to check for further damage in the living area of the bottom floor of townhouse. Rebuild and replacement of drywall, waterlines and painting of ceiling and drywall replacement.

    Completely Satisfied

    The company was thorough, competent and above all courteous through all stages of the repair process. In particular, their repair technician was simply outstanding (in my opinion deserves a huge bonus) as his work was beyond acceptable. It was easily above the best of standards and expectations a home owner desires. Thank-you!!

    Remediation and repair water damaged house

    My wife and I were absolutely delighted with remediation, repair and restoration by Rocky Cross and associated professional contractors. Our house sustained damage to hardwood floor, gyproc and cabinet due to failing fridge line. RCCN suggested by Insurance company. Immediate thorough assessment, removed damaged floor, some wallboard and set up driers on main and basement levels with meticulous follow up. As the hardwood could not be matched the entire main level floor was replaced once wood supplies arrived. RCCN moved contents, baseboards, plumber removed appliances carefully and neatly. Gyproc replacement, cabinet repair, Hardwood replacement 650 Sq ft, then replacement of all original shop repainted baseboards with perfect installation. During entire operation minimal dust and cleaning and at end everything cleaned and furniture and appliances installed. The entire team were professional, and pleasant. Results and experience far exceeded our expectations. House restored to better than original. I recommend RCCN and associates most highly.

    Attic Rain Ceiling Fix

    We had Attic Rain during the warmup here in Calgary this spring, RCCN were very responsive when they came to do an initial assessment as well as throughout the process. They went to bat for us with our insurance adjuster insuring that the scope of work included a everything.

    Main floor and bathroom renovations

    Right from the first home visit to the wrap up and completion of the project the service was impeccable, communication at a level that definitely stands out in these current times in terms of timeliness and being thorough. The entire production team overseeing the work and all of the subtrades consistently demonstrated professionalism and excellent quality workmanship. Would highly recommend all those involved in our project and definitely will use them in the future should the need arise.

    Restoration work after water damage

    All of the staff at RCCN that Id either communicated with and/or came into my home were true professionals. Everyone arrived on time, performed high quality work, and cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. All aspects of the job, including the final cleaning exceeded my expectations! I would have no problem recommending RCCN to anyone getting work done on their home.
