The estimate was thorough and the price was very fair. Over the winter as we considered our options, the estimator was persistent about staying in touch, but never pushy. Once we decided on Great Canadian, the process was clearly laid out. Communication between Great Canadian and us was exceptional. They always called letting us know what was going to happen and when. The roof was scheduled, material was dropped off the day the roofing crew started. They worked quickly, treated our property with care, and their workmanship was exceptional. After this, the siding material was dropped off and that crew started. Again, fast, professional, excellent work. This was followed by the eaves-troughing. Again, fast, professional, excellent work. As each stage began, the sub-trade would contact me to let me know they were coming and roughly how long it would take. They were polite, and dealt with any questions I had in a courteous manner. Overall, the whole process was very friendly and professional. Workmanship was exceptional. No short cuts or cut corners. Each crew cleaned up after themselves. Our property was always kept tidy during the process. We would have no reservations about recommending Great Canadian Roofing and Siding as your contractor.
