A friend referred Daytona Homes us and we have not regretted choosing them. Their agent provided an awesome customer service. She was very patient and supportive when things were delayed at our end but we got all that we needed in our request.

Want mold causing breathing problems, no insulation in roof and incomplete HRV system? Then build with Daytona! Warranty workers bad mouth buyers. Nothing will be 100% fixed.

Visited Daytona homes and Kelly at the Saxony Glen location went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. With her follow up calls, and emails she really proved her dedication, hard work and kindness. I really recommend her to everyone who wants great service.

We just moved in to the area and were renting, we only planned to buy in the spring but were quickly advised that the floorplan we liked was available as an inventory home and that they didn’t had any plans for building another for the time being. We visited the show home and the site of the inventory home being built. We were informed of all the options already included in the price and the one still available to add. We were very well informed and just in love with the house location. We had some conditions to be respected as we needed to sell a previous house, we were well advised, guided and accommodated throughout the whole process. The house was delivered on time and in pristine condition, whatever minor repairs (that even I didn’t notice) were noted and taken care of without issues. This was an amazing experience I would recommend Daytona for sure! Special thanks to Sam and Wendé.

We are very satisfied with our new home from Daytona. Wende, our sale agent was professional, very helpful and was answering all our questions promptly and made the whole experience super easy and straight forward. Her assistant, Sam was also amazing, he was wholehearted, responsible and kind. The house is well built, with quality materials that will last. We definitely recommend this builder and wonderful Team.

Purchased a new home. We were told we would get the executive package appliances included. Days before possession we were told no washer and dryer included. We were not told when we signed the contract. Now at the last moment we were informed only when we inquired about something. 5 piece is standard all across and they sold us in the executive package which doesn't even include basics as washer and dryer. Totally disappointed. We are not even sure if this would be the surprise with these guys. Ruined our new home experience. Would never recommend it to anyone.

I'm at my wits end with Daytona Homes Edmonton. We are having so many problems with our townhouse. The garage ceiling literally almost caving in, shoddy drywall work, crooked flooring, broken and scratched windows, damaged bathtubs etc. I want to list all of them but the list is so extensive its exhausting. Today we lost heat in our home for the 5th time. We have lived in this property since January. Each time the techs were out to "fix" the heat they told us "this will not happen again." Here we are again today, at the beginning of winter with no heat. We have had to fight every step of the way to get the defects with our home even acknowledged. If you are building with Daytona Homes Edmonton I hope you are paying attention to their detail because we are honestly SO disappointed. If you haven't built yet... I would avoid them. Their customer service once they have your money is APPALLING.

I moved into a Daytona Home in September 2021. I realized the house is unusually cold. When I got the furnace checked, I found out that a 30,000 BTU furnace was installed for a 1377Sqft house in Edmonton instead of 80,000BTU. Because the capacity of the furnace is low, it could not heat of the house adequately even after increasing the temperature. I was told this will run up my energy bill and the furnace will pack up soon. Besides, winter is drawing close and I am afraid I may freeze up in my own home.I have tried reaching out to Daytona warranty and no one is getting back to me. I dropped a voice message for the warranty coordinator who called back but hung up as soon as he heard my voice. When I called him back immediately, he cut the line on the second ring. I am scared to think about how cold it is going to get in my house when the temperature hits double digit negative. Installing a low capacity furnace is a rather cruel act.

We very much appreciated working with Wende to purchase our home From Daytona. The continuous follow up even after we moved into our home demonstrate how much she cares For her clients. Daytona has been very responsive and we love our home . Our home is well built and every little detail make us happy with our purchase.
