Sales staff will tell you things you won't receive. Nice look, layout. The trades are very poor. You will need them to come back and fix many issues with workmanship. These homes go up quick. Ie. kitchen, flooring, nail pops, tile very poor, etc. Getting things fixed....nightmare. Good luck. Find a different builder

Loved the house we built with Daytona, loved the sales people and sales assistant. They were very knowledgeable about their product and had alot of experience behind them in what they are selling. Communication was great, and any question we had they would answer and if they couldn't they would always find out the info. The trades they had, which like most builders, had a few issues. They should assess their trades alot better.

Daytona builds sturdy homes and usually come with upgrades. However, if your home gets nail pops (which ours had many!) they only bring in a guy to slather drywall over them. A mess is always left behind and you are left with big drywall splotches which you will have to paint over. I know other builders will come in and drywall & paint the nail pop. Had we known Daytona only went part way, we would have chosen a different builder.

Very disappointed in Daytona. Finishing work was horrible, upgrades and standard fixtures with wrong. Landscaping was almost 2 years late and had numerous issues with it. Basement layout and plumbing were off from blueprints, and service work for warranty was lagging and some not done at all. Not a very reputable builder.
