    New home

    We met Wende looking at showhomes. She took us to see another available floor model and we fell in love with it! We never would have found a home so quickly otherwise. Wende's service and experience were so very helpful in guiding us through the purchase process and beyond. She is so very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I definetly recommend working with her if you're looking for a home!

    Dayton's home review

    We recently purchased a new home from Daytona homes. This is a great experience for us and we would like to express our sincere thanks to the whole team. We'd like to express our gratitude to Wende for her professional expertise, which has aided us to organize our ideas and thoughts into our home! She is an incredible sales representative  who has supplied us with accurate information and put  all of our home plans into action!!!  If I had to recommend someone for a housing salesperson, I would opt for Wende!!!  Thank you so much for all of your hardwork in making our dream home into a reality!!! We really appreciate it!!

    Home purchase

    I purchased an investment property from Daytona homes. Wende helped me throughout the process and gave me some excellent suggestions and I am very thankful for her assistance. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship that reflects in my home. I would recommend Daytona homes to my friends and family.

    Home purchase

    We visited the Daytona show home in Crystalina Nera and dealt with Wende she was great and answered all of our questions and concerns.just a great experience to purchase our home and so positive and rewarding . I highly recommend it

    Garage / landscaping / deficiencies

    Tried to get a garage completion date included in the contract, they assured me it wasn’t necessary because of how quickly they go up. My family took possession in May. It’s almost November. Garage is not completed, landscaping is not completed and the handful of deficiencies that were documented upon possession are STILL not completed. I’ve tried emailing the warranty department, multiple construction managers and sales staff. No one knows anything about scheduling, timelines or proper customer service. It’s an undersized, uninsolated, umheated double garage. Approaching 7 months and they can’t seem to get it figured out. I’ve paid over $2000 renting a separate garage in the mean time. No compensation has been offered, actually to date nothing has been offered except a “we understand you feel frustrated” email response. We’ve worked with 3-4 other builders previously and have never experienced this level of incompetence. I do not recommend building or buying from Daytona. If you do, demand completion dates. Because obviously once they have your money, you’re on the back burner.

    Building a new home

    We have been searching for a new house for a long time now, the minute we walked through the Daytona Homes show home we new we found our home. The experience so far has been wonderful. Wende has been thoroughly professional, she offers excellent advice and quick responses to all our questions. We can't wait to move into our new place. Thanks for all the help Wende!

    Thank you for our forever home!

    In the interest of full transparency, I do work for Daytona Homes. However, this year I also built a home and couldn't be happier with the end result. We have been living in our home for a few months now and it is everything we wanted it to be. Giant thank you to Kelly, Ron, David, Allison, and Katie for making our dreams come true! With my experience in the industry I surely couldn't have been the easiest customer but the whole team was professional and made sure we were communicated to throughout the process and our needs were addressed. This home will surely be our forever home and it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing team!

    Townhome Build

    I purchased a townhome with Daytona. The overall experience was very smooth and simple. The sales consultant Wende was very professional, personable, and kind. She always responded to my questions in a timely manner and provided updates regarding my build when she could. The design centre was also a wonderful and fun experience. Daytona went above and beyond to ensure my possession date would be before my mortgage rate expired, and I’m very grateful for that. The workmanship isn’t perfect due to the rush but I have no doubt it will get addressed and resolved at my warranty visit. Overall, great experience and I would love to build a home with them again.

    New townhome

    The builder Followed up with our purchase from offer to possession and fulfilled their duty for gurantee check. Josh has provided us prompt respond whenever we have a question and always helped with a satisfied solution. We were be able to go through the whole process with assistance by Daytona staff. We will absolutely recommend Daytona to our family and friends.
