Warning /Edmonton / February 2022. We ordered (2) hot tubs in Nov of 2020. Delivery was set for 4-6 months. We still do not have the tubs and they refuse to give us a refund. Our deposit was $5000.00. Sun Ray Spas representative has given us bogus answers each time we call. We want the refund or the product but neither occurs. Avoid placing an order. They are not honest.

Most recently used them to replace the seals in my pump. Sun Ray Spas has excellent customer support. All their staff are helpful and caring and want to see you be a happy customer. Their service manager Don S is the most knowledgeable and helpful person you could ask for. Highly recommend sun ray for their quality tubs and more importantly their excellent support.

Very Friendly and knowledgable staff. They were able to supply me with a part for my hot tub cover lift that fit perfectly! Clean and inviting showroom with more than just hot tubs.

The staff is super friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The store front and warehouse were clean inviting and well organized. I felt the staff listened to my issues and engaged in the conversation. I would definatly reccomend this place for all your hot tub needs.

Proud Sun Ray hot tub owner. Still rolling original tub after 10 years. Replaced Pump Motor after 7 years and doing minor valve repairs in its 10th year. Don has been great to deal with for advice on the repairs. Thank you!

Had a leak in my Hot Tub, stopped in to talk to the folks a Sun Ray late on a Saturday. They hooked me up with a coupling and lent me the primer and glue so I could do the repair. No Charge

Our pump on our hot tub stopped working. We took it in to have it accessed/repaired. They had it fixed literally before we even returned home from dropping it off! They fixed only what needed to be repaired with no extra cost for trouble shooting!

As we approached the coldest days of this winter my pump seal started leaking. I called Sun Ray and they returned my call almost immediately. Don suggested I remove the pump and bring it in and he would repair it within one day. I took it in at 3:30 that afternoon and Don had it repaired for me in 25 minutes! I had the hot tub working before supper and didn't have to face the possibility of a freeze up. Thanks Don and Sun Ray!

I purchased a new hot tub cover from Darrel O’Bertos at Sun Ray Spas. Although it took quite a long time to manufacture (2.5 months - due to supply issues), the finished product was well worth waiting for. Darrel was wonderful to deal with - very courteous, helpful and prompt in returning calls. I was very pleased in my experience with the company, and in particular, with Darrel’s professionalism and service.

Ordered a hot tub over 30 weeks ago. Paid in full and was promised 8-10 weeks delivery. Constantly get the run around when I call,they refuse to give a refund. I can't believe a company like this stays in business. BUYER BEWARE!
