I had my Windows, front door, patio door and garage door replaced. Excellent work all around! They were very friendly, explained everything and it looks beautiful. I would recommend this company! Merci for the painless experience.

We decided to replace all 27 windows in our home. After interviewing several companies which were all very good, we chose Kempenfelt Windows and Doors to handle the project. We thought the product that was offered would suit our needs the best. We appreciated the level of dedication to the projected from Eric and Tony and the result was a well orchestrated job. The installation crew of Mike, Brian, Jim and Rich were excellent. Not only were they conscientious about how this work would impact us, but they were very courteous with each other, which made having them in our home for 3 days no inconvenience at all. We also appreciated them noticing and bringing to our attention a developing problem around one of the windows which we can now address. We noticed room temperature changes immediately after the windows were installed. We also liked the guarantees that Kempenfelt offered with their windows and workmanship. Their price range may have been a bit more, but we think that down the road, it will have been money well invested.

Kempenfelt just installed our new front door. The whole process from beginning to end result was a 10 out of 10. Beautiful door, no mess! Very happy! The installers were professional and took the time to make sure every detail was done to perfection. Thank you Kempenfelt for our beautiful front door. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new front door.

The three panel window was installed in a morning. The crew had to fix the window frame first, then install the window. Trim and caulking were nicely done on the outside and it matched beautifully with the other windows that Kempenfelt also installed. Thanks for the great job!

We had the boy's in to replace our windows and they did great job. Everything was kept clean and they worked very professionally. On time and finished as expected. I would recommend this company.

We moved into to a cottage sytle home with original 30 year old wood wndows they were done!, I am extremly satsfied with the service and installation of our new windows and custom door, the windows are a superior product and we can already see amazing results. and a 25 year warrently which is transferable to a new owner. Kempenfelt did not complete the job. The side basement window was finally finished by another contractor. It required a window well they were not prepared to install. they said they would return and cut through the lintel and complete the trim. I dug the window well and installed the metal. The upstairs bedroom window metal cladding was incomplete and open. The bathroom window metal cladding was upside down, drain holes on top. I withheld $600 pending completion years ago. A couple of years ago they called asking to be paid. I asked them to complete the work twice. After waiting several years I paid someone else to complete. The clean up by Kempenfelt at my site was not good as well.

We had Kempenfelt replace all windows in our home. In the end we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the product. There were some little glitches along the way. First, I suggest avoiding Friday as a day to have this work done. The workers were a little rushed and down one guy. At the end of the day, the cleanup could have been a lot better and we were stuck doing it ourselves over the weekend. In the end, they were attentive to our concerns and took action to rectify them.
