I had a Kempenfelt team here yesterday to install 5 windows, a patio door and a front door. I have never had better service from anyone. Their products are innovative and of the highest quality. And the team of Jesse, Dave and Tyler were committed to the very best quality of service. It was wonderful to have a contractor team arrive when they said they would, answer any question, demonstrate their product operation, and go the extra mile to install the front door in a way that increased safety for my wife, who has mobility problems. From great advice from sales person Scott, to a complete installation in one day -- as promised, this was a refreshing and completely wonderful experience! Based on extensive online research and speaking to some previous customers of Kempenfelt Windows and Doors, we chose them to replace some of our 20 year old windows. Everything from start to finish was done very well by team at Kempenfelt. Everyone we had to deal with with along the way showed great knowledge, understanding and professionalism. The work itself was done flawlessly. We will be contacting Kempenfelt again in the future to finish the rest of our windows in the house.

I recently had new windows and a sliding patio door installed by Kempenfelt and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The initial consultation with Ali was very informative. Ali was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what we were buying. The installation team of Ken, Pat, and Kegan were efficient and respectful of my property, the entire process was a breeze. They made sure to place drop cloths as soon as they arrived, ensured that we understood how to operate the new windows and patio door and cleaned up everything before they left. The quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation were top-notch, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with Kempenfelt from sales, installation & the administration team(scheduling). I especially wanted to mention the installation team as they were fabulous and worked extremely well as a team from removing the old to installing the new windows & clean up. They took their time to explain steps as I had questions and fully explained the operating procedure upon completion.

Ordered 11 windows and 1 front entrance door with transom 5 Jan 2022. Installation was completed 15-16 Jul 2022. Price was competitive, crew arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the overall project, our front door definitely increased the curb appeal of our home. Would gladly deal with this company again.

We were renovating our basement and our windows were very old and leaking air and couldn’t be opened or even cleaned. We chose Kempenfelt Windows & Doors on the recommendation of a friend and their many positive reviews. They attended and took measurements and gave us a quote that was very reasonable.
