    Pleased with our new windows

    Although we only replaced two windows in the garage we were really pleased with both the windows and the service. All interactions with this company were professional and friendly and that goes for office staff as well as the installers. We are planning on getting new front doors and sidelights as well as new garage doors next year and will definitely be using Kempenfelt Windows and Doors at that time.

    New front door and picture window

    Did a fabulous job. Everything was done to perfection. Took their time and was not in a rush. Will be calling them in the spring for all new basement windows.

    Window and door installatiom

    We are extremely happy with the work Dave and his team provided us. Beautiful door and windows. Excellent work and very clean. What a big difference in our house. Thank you so much to the entire team including Mark. Will definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbours.

    Garage Door Installation

    My installers Kat and Devan were faced with installation challenges that were beyond there control and not their responsibility. Kat and Devan stayed late and went the extra mile to complete the installation perfectly. Couldn't be more impressed with Kempenfelt and the installation team.

    Front door replacement

    Very professional, tidy, meticulous and efficient workers. They were very careful with our floor, asked questions when needed, arrived on time and left the place spotless. I Highly recommend this company and team.

    Windows and patio doors replacement

    Great job replacing two patio doors and six windows last month! Our salesperson was Nick, very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. The installing crew were very polite, worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned nicely after each step. Very happy with their work and we would highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows in the future.     Excellent work, pleasant crew. Excellent results!

    Had front door and screen replaced. Also replaced rear upstairs patio door. Extremely satisfied with the installation. Doors look great! Rich and his crew did great work including during what could have become a tornado. Would definitely recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors!

    Living room windows

    The crew was amazing. They were very polite and very professional. From the very beginning they kept everything clean and wore their masks. The windows are perfect and exceeded every expectation. Recommend this company to anyone. Well worth the investment.

    New front door and 3 garage doors.

    Replaced double doors with a large front door and 2 side lights and a large transom with matching glass from the new door. Also replaced 3 garage doors with sturdy insulated steel. Installers were fast, efficient and friendly. Each installation team arrived on time and finished including clean up in 4 hours. Great help from salesman, Eric. Being able to see the future set up in the sales office confirmed our decision.

    Garage Door

    Sales gentleman was very good. Door is excellent. Cleanup was not the best. Left nails and screws on driveway. Review of product was very good but workers left empty containers on driveway.
