I have utilized Alway Plumbing quite a few times. The dispatcher (Danielle I thinker her name was) and the plumber Nathan have always provided top notch service. I have never been nickel and dimed, and just in general received honest customer service and plumbing service. Perhaps I would change my tune if they had different employees, but I have nothing but good things to say while these two are employed. Their prices are comparable/beat competitors as well.

They were amazing! When my hot water tank went I called Always and they were out the next day. Our salesman (Mackie) was honest, straight forward and answered all of our question without being pushy when we asked about upgrading to a tankless water heater. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris was my technician. He was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed my problem and answered all my questions. Very reasonably priced - definitely recommend! I am extremely happy with the quality of service.

Paul was professional..polite..answered all our questions..was genuine..and Glen the owner was easy to talk to as well! Better than any Gentleman plumbers that are to be avoided...Always plumbing outshines the other large advertised company.

Great service and John is friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and wouldn't leave until we were entirely out of questions. He even checked our humidifier to be sure it was ready for winter.

I had issues with the furnace not coming on during the winter and had Always come out to make repairs and recommendations. They were so polite, clean, and courteous I was very impressed. The whole image of this company and their employees is amazing. We were up and running in no time and not freezing.

Good system of booking, reminding and sharing who would be arriving at my home. Technician (Samantha) was very professional and extremely friendly. All fixed in a short period and with minimal disturbances (mess) that was all cleaned up.

I used Always Plumbing & Heating a few years back when we built a garage with a1 bedroom suite above. Now we are at it again, developing another older property! Just finished using Always for our new garage which includes a 3 piece bath and heat. Just as before, Glenn and his team have been amazing!!!
