Robert did an excellent job. He is very thorough and meticulous as well as very personable. Everything was checked house furnace as well as garage furnace. As well pictures were provided to facilitate a good understanding of the condition of the furnace.

We needed new house bibs and other hot water tank plumbing work done. Nathan did it very quickly and even sent pictures and a video. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again

Absolutely worst service ever! After 2 month still haven't recieved a quote I paid for!! Person was late pass his waiting time. So they said i have to pay half of his fee. After my complaint, I got a 3 quotes for thing i haven't ask for, but wairing for right quote!

We have a boiler system, about 20 years old. The garage heat failed, it took John quite a few trips up and down to figure out the wiring, but he got it done. We needed a couple new parts and he recommended glycol be put in the lines (as several others have) We finally did it. Happy with the outcome.

We scheduled always plumbing and heating to service our furnace in our rental unit because our landlord didn't deem it neccesary. We were planning to buy the home and wanted to make sure there was life left in the furnace. The technician went above and beyond to explain which components were in need of replacement and the life expectancy of the remainder of the unit. I had my furnace replaced recently through your company and it stopped working this week. I was able to get someone over the same day to assess the situation and try to resolve the issue. Mohmood was very polite, respectful and diligent in his service. He was super nice and even left me some heaters to stay warm . Today the furnace is fixed and it didn’t take long! Thank you

Nathan was very personable and thorough in his work. We had a long list of jobs to be completed. Nathan walked through first going over each job and explaining the pros and cons. He then did a detailed quote which we accepted. The work entailed cleaning blocked U bend, fixing taps, replacing humidifier, servicing furnace and installing a insinkerator plus connecting water line to fridge. When he had completed the work he did another walk through again going over each job and giving advice and instructions if need. We will use Always Plumbing and Heating again. Thank you, Nathan!

What was expected to be a fairly routine repair turned into something much more complicated, due to our home’s irregularities and our own renovation mistakes. Robin not only figured out the problem, but handled the whole situation with great professionalism and skill. This was a furnace with a trickle water leak that was previously assessed by Always as a leaking internal component, with part on back order. There was more water evident, so called Always to check if problem was getting worse. Makie arrived a few hours after our call and further stabilized the situation. Appreciated his attention to detail and professional approach.
