Travis was efficient, very helpful, cleaned area. Explained what he was doing, which made me feel good. Price good for the service & timely manner. I would call this company again & recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Had a great experience with a Butler representative by the name of Travis today. Very polite and a fast and efficient worker. An asset to your company and should be commended on his performance.

Butler is the best. Clint was able to remove a 40 year old tub faucet and install the new one in less than hour. We were told previously by another company we would have to cut the pipes to remove the faucet and cut the wall to remove shower head pipe and reconfigure to newer setup. Fortunately we found Butler plumbing and that saved us a lot of time, inconvenience and money. Clint was knowledgeable, quick and courteous. I will be contacting Butler for all future plumbing needs. I was very happy with Kevin's work. He was on time, found the backflow valve, got it working, checked the rest of the sewer with the camera, and cleaned up neatly. I recommend this company.

We bought an old house that needs a lot of work. We've had some consistent problems with drainage for the past few months and finally things reached a breaking point. Butler Plumbing (Kevin) came in and did a fantastic job - the price was not only affordable, but he went above and beyond the help us, showing us all of the work that existed before and how he was going to make it more efficient and consistent. He took his time explaining and demonstrating his work, and also offered advice on future plans we have for the home. Overall, an excellent service we will definitely use again (if ever needed! :) )

I had a very positive experience with this company. Dan was very professional and courteous. He fixed 3 plumbing issues in one afternoon and we haven't had any issues since. Butler also guarantees their work, which really increased my confidence in them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Due to sewer backup, needed line snaked out on a weekend night. Also needed to replace P-trap, patching of floor, install flood check, added clean out to main stack with expansion joint. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Cleanup after themselves. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Paul and Kevin, and fellow that came from Spruce Grove, as soon as we called, on the night of the back-up. We are very grateful you were there to help.

Our tankless hot water heater had been acting up for a few days before we stopped getting hot water completely. Butler Plumbing said they could send someone out the next afternoon. Bryce/Brice (sp?) called one hour before he arrived, allowing me sufficient time to get home. He was punctual and patient, taking time to explain the work he had done and answer all of our questions (including the many questions my husband was asking over the phone). Butler Plumbing continues to be our plumbing company of choice!

I looked online for a reputable plumber service and found this site. I compared it against the BBB records and felt good about my decision. When he came, he was very respectful and helpful - something I did not expect from a bear of a man. He got everything done quickly and came within the price that was quoted to me on the phone!
