After having problems finding a contractor or plumber to take on our small basement bathroom renovation, I finally came across Butler Plumbing on HomeStars. They charge $50 to come out to do a quote, but do not be turned off by this. It is beneficial to both sides. I had other quotes done by other plumbing companies, but they never followed up, despite several calls saying we wanted to go ahead with the work! I'm glad they didn't work out, though, because Butler was better priced and they could start right away. Paul was friendly and easy to talk to. He never made me feel like our job was too small for them. The plumbing work is mostly finished, just waiting on the tub to arrive, and we've been very happy with the service so far. Paul's plumbers were always friendly, on time, and did great work. I also struggled to find a contractor who would take on the job for the finishing work, but Paul was able to recommend someone, and he's also been great. All around great experience!! Now I'm just so excited to finally have our bathroom finished!! Just a few more weeks!!

This review is actually for two service calls one with Kevin to our primary residence to install a new kitchen faucet back on Oct.15th, 2013 and another with Travis for a rental property more recently on Feb.13th, 2014 to repair a leaking bathtub faucet. In both instances the service was professional, of high quality and completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technicians were friendly, experienced and offered a high level of expertise in dealing with both situations. This is the 3rd and 4th time using Butler and I am very pleased with their expertise and service. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, quality and reasonably priced plumbing and heating services. Greg W

My sewer backed up on a Friday evening. Piper Plumbing responded quickly. Justin had to do be creative to access the sewer line. He was friendly,kept me informed as to what was involved and had the blockage fixed in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Bryce was polite and efficient. He had to come up with a plan to make the replacement work and did so. The old fitting was not correct and he also fixed that. I am so glad we didn't attempt to do this ourselves. Thanks Bryce.

Very professional from returning my initial call very quickly to the actual work they completed. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work very quickly and even helped get a door unlocked when the mechanism jammed. Something they certainly did not have to do. The 2 men that came to complete the work were polite, presentable and made sure they cleaned up any mess they made. They even interacted with my 4 year old grandson who never ceases to have questions. We were very pleased with this company right from the person who estimated the job to the men who completed it.

The plumbing for our old kitchen sink was a mess of bad plumbing that resulted in a dishwasher that didn't work properly and a poorly set up garburator. Bryce from Butler Plumbing did a super job of removing the old plumbing, getting rid of the garburator and setting up the new dishwasher. He worked quickly, cleanly and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. We will not hesitate to call Butler Plumbing the next time we need their services. - Paul & Yvette

After two years of dreading each interaction with a trade as we restored our house, I was very impressed with the polite, upfront, courteous, and timely service that greeted me over email and on the phone. On the day of installation Travis arrived 30mins early (imagine that!) and after a head's up call and went straight to work. He worked quickly, answered all my questions and best of all, left the place clean - no left odds and ends or tools. Very impressed.

Bryce and Clint were punctual and fast! they replaced our hot water tank is less than 2 hours. The price was fair and competitive for a quality tank. I would highly recommend Butler to all my friends and family. Thank you for the great work guys, you deserve a raise :)
