Dan from Butler plumbing was fantastic!!! He called earlier today to let me know he would be here this afternoon and said he would call an hour before he would be here, and true to his word, he did and arrived on time. He was very friendly, showed and explained to me exactly what he was doing. He was very professional and made me feel totally confident that this job would be completed to my satisfaction. He cleaning up thoroughly after the job was finished. I would hope that if I called Butler Plumbing again that I might be lucky enough to have Dan come out to troubleshoot any of problems I might have encountered.

Travis was on time, thorough, explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand it, was patient, and very easy to talk to, and didn't take very long to finish the job. He even cleaned up after himself, so I feel like I got two services in one. I would utilize this company again should I need any more repairs done with my plumbing.

I had a great experience with Butler Plumbing this morning. Clogged sink downstairs which effected both our sink and our downstairs tenant. I called Butler and had a helpful receptionist. She sent Dan, and he arrived within half an hour. He was quick, helpful, and friendly. It was a relief to get the problem fixed so quickly. Thanks!

We used BP in December for a sink install and were so impressed we decided this would be our go-to plumbing company. This time it was the hot water heater which needed a dip-tube replacement. We phoned the office on Saturday (non-emergency line) and left a message not expecting to hear back until late Monday. A call came in Monday at 7:05am telling us a plumber would be in at 8:00am! That's service! Dan arrived just before 8:00. We were thrilled since he was the same guy who installed our sink just 6 months prior. Dan is professional, courteous and very knowledgable, taking the time to explain the issues and all work done. He speaks very highly of the company which really builds customer confidence! Work was done in approximately 45 min, and we really couldn't have asked for better service. If you're in the Edmonton area looking for plumbing service, look no further! This is quality professional service we're not used to seeing these days! We highly recommend Butler Plumbing! Thank you Dan!!

When I finally hit the magic number of having the third little niggling plumbing problem go wrong, I decided to call in a professional. I had seen Butler Plumbing vans along 106 street so I called them. Travis was prompt, professional, friendly, and respectful. Oh, and patient, too! He investigated each issue thoroughly and then let me know why he made the decision he did. I really appreciated his honesty and his problem solving. I felt that his work pace was perfect - not rushing, but not wasting time. The bill was very fair as it included labor and parts. Every time I flush my toilet and it doesn't leak, I think of Travis:)

Our furnace recently stopped working and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Kevin arrived on time, was extremely helpful and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I appreciated that he also answered some unrelated questions about our hot water heater while he was there. He also found and fixed a problem that our home inspector had not noticed. Before leaving, he tested out the work to see if the problem was completely fixed and made some recommendations for how we could keep the furnace running smoothly in future. Clearly he took pride in his work and wasn't just there to "get in and get out". We would happily use Butler again for any future plumbing or heating problems we encounter.

I am so impressed with Butler Plumbing, Heating and Gasfitting Ltd. Everyone I dealt with initially was great -thanks Kevin and Chelsey for all your help setting things up. I had the absolute pleasure of having Travis G. take care of my plumbing needs today, and he was simply amazing! The job itself was almost impossible because of the age of the fixtures, and the location of the pipes, but gosh darn it - the man did it! He was polite, professional and considerate in his demeanor and extremely knowledgeable and adept in his work. Travis got the job done efficiently and quickly, all with a smile on his face. This was definitely money well-spent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber. As mine is an older house, inevitably I will need more work done. I will definitely ask for Travis again. My only regret is not calling Butler PH&G sooner.

On June 11 I called Butler in for a repair and they sent Travis over within an hour of me calling. He did a great job installing a new sink and fixing a tenants toilet, I highly recommend Travis and Butler Plumbing for any repair needs also their Emergency services are fantastic ,always prompt , courteous and the job is done right the first time..Chels C

Dan Z. was an outstanding plumber. Prompt, courteous and very thorough with his work. I would recommend him to anyone, as well as the company itself! They replied and sent someone to help within the hour.

Kevin called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right when scheduled. He fixed my bathroom sink and leaky tap, leaving everything immaculate. I will definitely be using Butler Plumbing in the future.
