    Carpet Installed

We had installed in bedrooms originally, and waited 2-3 months to install the hallway carpets. We had pre ordered these carpets and then arrived to pick the carpets up and they had sold them. So we ended up having to pick out another carpet that was similar, but it doesn't match exactly. It also took 2 months for the carpets.

    Home Reno

Our sales person was more concerned with helping his girlfriend deal with bad service from her gym, which was a great irony two weeks later when we needed our flooring delivered and they left half of it at the store after we specified and verified with them that our first lino cuts and carpet cuts would be delivered on time and together. They argued with me that they did not make the mistake and that it was mine, and gave me a lame excuse of since they weren't installing it they didn't think we wanted it delivered. I guess booking and paying for delivery doesn't mean that we want it delivered. Then I was told that the missing flooring would be here the next morning and that they would call, well two days went by and no flooring arrived or any phone calls. I am now paying my installer even more money to go and pick up the missing flooring. I have been trying to talk to someone in their corporate office but the lack of customer service at the store level certainly begins there because no one will return any phone calls or messages, and the people who answer the phone can't help unless you want to start a franchise. While the selection is quite good, the level of customer service is non-existent even after you have paid for your flooring.

    Carpet for the basement

The carpet is good but the underlayer is poor, the thickness of the underlayer flatten down year by year, now I understand why they said the underlayer has no warrantee. I am not very happy with it.

    tile flooring

The estimator failed to submit the estimate, went on vacation leaving me behind on my project. They did have wcb for thier crew. And also we switched crew to complete the project. We also ended up short on material because the initial quote was not enough to cover all materials. The crew themselves that installed the tile however were really good and did a great job. They were brought in through Phil's Flooring
