I needed new carpet for my renovation in my basement and I found a great quality berber at a very reasonable price. Staff very friendly and easy to deal with.

The store is close to my work, so was my first choice to buy carpeting. They have a great selection, but I didn't find they were that competitive in their installation pricing. The guys that came and installed our carpet were courteous and friendly, and they did a pretty good job over all.

I have nothing bad to say about the company itself. Great knowledgeable sales associates with awesome prices. However I'm neither pleased or dissatisfied with the installation. You pay for installation separately so I don't think End of the Roll can monitor the quality that well but I wish we had gone with a different carpet company and therefor a different installer even if it cost a bit more. Our installers were fine; friendly, professional and quick BUT there are tack strips sticking out everywhere! Plus there is a small hole in the carpet at an edge. The installer has been called (infact we couldn't get ahold of him (turns out his cell phone was broken) so End of the Roll called them themselves (see, dedicated awesome staff!)) but we are still waiting for him to come and fix the hole (He installed weeks ago), and he has told us just to lightly hammer the tack strips. Not very convenient as they stick up on ever stair and along most walls and we are not very handy.. Have i mentioned I have a toddler? I am bit worried for his poor feet as both me and my husband already have cuts (he is not allowed down there yet)! I have friends who have had carpet installed recently (by a different company) and they do not have the tack strip problem so I think this may be an installation issue (by the way we bought nice thick smartstrand silk so its not too thin). so all and all great salesmen and product but I would not recommend due to installers. Pay extra and get it done right! Just wanted to give my two cents as I always read reviews. **after I wrote this review, the carpet guys came and hammered down the stair tack strips and explained why they can't hammer the other ones along the wall, that it would cause the carpet to detach. Once again he was extremely professional, quick and was very willing to impart his knowledge on me. *****another edit to this review. We have started to notice the seam in the carpet - he put it right in the high traffic area! There is no way this isn't going to cause trouble in the long run! Very much not happy with this! PLEASE GO TO A PROFESSIONAL STORE THAT INSTALLS THEMSELVES. IT WILL COST MORE BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!!

Great Service. Work was done fast and professionally. I had to use their services after my basement contractor (Maxima Renovations) took off at the end of the job and didn't complete the basement renovation. It was nice to do business with a reputable company!

The sales man was very nice and helpful even though I was only looking for the most inexpensive carpet for one room in the basement. He helped me pick out the carpet and set up the people who came in to install the carpet within a week.

The flooring that end of the roll provided was adequate, however the company that they used to intall this was something else! The company that they used did not re-intall the plumbing to the toliet properly. This caused damage to the subfloor. End of the roll did contact the company, and they did admit fault. nothing was done, after repeated calls to both end of the roll and the company they use!

The staff at End of the Roll were very helpful and the installation process was easy and fast (bought carpet on Friday and it was installed Monday). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for carpet.

I had a great experience with End of the Roll, I dealt with a salesperson named Pam, who was more than helpful. I had someone come out and do the measuring and then the carpet installers, two young very professional guys that did an amazing job. They got it done so quickly and efficiently.. I have passed on the good experience I had with others.

We needed new carpet for our basement construction in Oct 2011 so after looking at a few places to compare the carpet we wanted, End of the Roll came up as the best offer. They are very competitive and are low pressure with their sales. I found others a bit more aggressive but they were laid back, knowledable, and friendly. They had the same product selections as the others I went to but staff and pricing was better. They remembered me by name even a week after I initially went in. The carpet came on time and the install was done professionally. The guy even came back to add a metal piece btwn my washroom tile and the carpet because after thinking about it for a week, I changed my mind and wanted it. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
