Hi we appreciate you taking the time to write your review. Unfortunately, as stated on your invoice, we do not take installed units back. During the initial complaint, you had not mentioned the unit was already installed. Only uninstalled appliances with the proper box and packaging are eligible for exchange at the store's discretion. We emailed you all specifications well before your delivery. It is always the customer's responsibility to double-check all sizing. We value you and your business, and will always be there to help if you need anything in the future.
