Prices are very reasonable. Delivery people are very friendly and efficient. Customer service is great. Salesperson Vineet does a great job-does not force you into buying any appliance . Would recommend Billa Appliances to all my friends.

Their price is decent but their delivery people are unprofessional. They took all the packaging off on the driveway and just left all the garbage scattered on the driveway. They refused to clean it up. After I called the owner, the owner said he would ask them to come back to pile them neatly but of course, they didn’t come back at all. They delivery people also tried to double change us the removal of the old appliances when the cost was already discussed at purchase.

We've been back to Billa a couple of times now to purchase appliances - and think their prices seem considerably below other venues. Also we have found the staff to be friendly and no pressure and if it is in stock they will deliver quickly, even on a Sunday. That comes in handy when the dishwasher breaks and you are washing by hand! We highly recommend Billa.

Purchased a Whirlpool stove from this store found their prices to be very good compare to other retailer. Order stove on Sunday and delivery was made on Monday afternoon. My stove was hardwired and the delivery person do not do installation/uninstallation. Have to leave the stove in the living room and call an electrician to remove the wire and install a new plug for the new stove.
