With the (very knowledgeable) help of Addison, I was able to find a great piece of artwork for my condo. As I walked around the store and picked pieces I liked, he provided the information I needed to decide which pieces worked for me. At the conclusion of the purchase, I was helped out of the store and thanked for my business! I’ll return for sure!

I ordered furniture on Oct 16. its Feb 13 and no sign of furniture. The other big issue is no one returns your calls. I called on Feb 7 and the receptionist told me that someone will call me back. No one called-so I asked to speak to the manager who told me that I have signed the contract saying that it can take longer than the 12 week mark to deliver furniture. He was rude and condescending. I wished that I had read up the reviews before I shopped here. It seems that a lot of people are having the same issues.

Purchased a couch that had auto recliners and one of the buttons stopped working. Submitted for warranty work and was told the product was not defective without anyone even coming out to look at the couch. I asked the cost to replace and am still waiting for a quote..it’s been 7 weeks. Went into the store and talked to Steve and he said he’d get on it. A week later, no updates. I gave him a call and he said he’d look into it and call me the following day...it’s been almost a week. Horrible customer service after the sale. In a day in age where things are almost built to be replaced, after service should be just as important as the initial sale if you want repeat customers.

o My husband and I ordered a chair from Big Comfort on Nov 23rd. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks for it to come in, well we are now at the 10 week mark and still no sign of the chair. We have called for the past two weeks to try to get an update on the chair but everytime we call they have different story about its wearabouts or they tell us they need to call us back but never do. The customer service at this store is awful! They are not up front with delivery times and they will not keep you informed about any delays. We were told 2 weeks ago that the chair was made but is in BC at the manufacturers and it would arrive any day. We got the same story when we called a week later. We have been told twice it will arrive within the week and when Friday comes around the chair is still not here. We are now being told that it will arrive middle of February over a month after we were told the chair would be ready. Take your money somewhere else this stores customer service is a joke!

17 hours ago We DO NO RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company!!! We ordered a sectional from Big Comfort at the end September, 2018. We were told it would be a 5 week delivery. Today is February 1st 2019 and we still do not have our couch. We have had no communication from the company -we have contacted them numerous times ourselves to be told a wide range of different reasons why we have not had delivery. When we ask for communication to be returned no one calls. We were told that our couch would be delivered end January and they would send us a confirmation email about this-we never received that email. Today when we contacted them they could not tell us anything about our couch. They have had over $4000 of our money for 4 months now. We DO NO RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company!!!
