    Purchased Furniture

    My husband and I bought new furniture, a sectional, table, and bedroom set. We were quoted 6-8 weeks, it has been now 14 weeks and we are still waiting. The customer service is terrible, they will promise you the world and you will receive nothing but frustration. I would never recommend them to anyone.

    leather sofa love

    Me and my wife just purchased our home and stumbled on this place while we were shopping around. I was able to pick it up the next day and it looks great in the room. The salesmen was very professional and not pushy.

    Big Comfort

    We paid for KING bed set in July12/13, 8weeks waiting period, delivered QUEEN after 12weeks, had to sleep on floor for 3days as they claiming somebody else got king but that customer never returned, they put rush order but as of today October25/13, not yet received. I did my housewarm party without furniture. I Like the store and staff so, i even refer to my friend who bought dining set from the floor. I talked to manager about all situation, he promised to return my call but now I found out from a lady from store telling me he went to India and not back till end of November. I am very disappointed right now as I am still waiting. I will never ever go to this store again and told all my friends and family in housewarming party about Big Comfort furniture store.

    Bedroom set

    This place is pretty sweet. Came here without the intention to buy, and left with a beautiful bedroom set. This place is huge on the outside and with many gorgeous furniture. I also wanted to add that the staffs were friendly and helpful; especially, my sales person Overall, good place to buy your furniture.

    Reclining leather living room suite

    Bought a complete living room suite. Was assured I was buying top quality for $4000. Not 100 percent leather or durable as I was promised. Has not even lasted 4 months. Disgusted by dishonesty and poor quality.

    Sectional Couch

    Purchased a sectional on feb.28/13. told 8 weeks delivery time. Still don't have the couch over 3 months later. very irate with this place. will never purchase anything there again.

    they fix the problem

    I bought this dinning table set, there is a defect , and i communicate with the manager, they sent some technician to my house, fix the problem Now it all looks good Its great price for the quality of furniture I got I am pleased with it

    Dining set and sofa set

    i am very happy with my purchase. The quality of the furniture is great. The staff were very fiendly. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get. The selection is huge. They have a variety of products, ranging from kitchen to bedroom sets. I would happily shop there again.

    Furniture purchase

    the store was clean. There was a good selection at a surprisingly good prices!! They were cheaper than the big box stores like Leons. The staff were friendly. We went in and saw what we were looking for and came out satisfied with the purchase.

    Large glass coffee table with marble support

    We had purchased a large glass coffee table with marble support from Big Comfort at the Home Renovation show. They said it was out of stock and would take 6-8 weeks to receive which would make it early December. We received a call a week or two before we were to get it saying that it was still backordered and that it would not be here until late January and we said that we still wanted it and would wait for it to come in January. It has finally arrived and now it needed to be delivered. After 3 botched attempts of the company to deliver it, I had had enough. I had to take days off work to make myself available for the delivery. They promised to deliver it one day and not show up and another day we would receive a message saying that they tried to deliver it but no one had called to arrange the delivery day beforehand so how were we supposed to know that they were coming. They were mad because we were not home and said we need to pay for the delivery again. I called the store to talk to the manager and said this was ridiculous and that I was so mad that I wanted a refund after the poor treatment and taking days off work. He said that they promised that they would deliver the next day and gave me a 2 hour window so that I wouldn't have to wait all day. I agreed to let them try and deliver it one more time. They come on time to deliver and starting unpacking it. The coffee table was broken and beyond repair. The delivery guys were helpful and called the manager to let him know about the breakage. They asked if I still wanted to take the bottom which was still intact. I said no, what was the point? The manager wanted to leave the bottom here and charge me for that portion while I waited for a new glass top to come in (again another 6-8 weeks hopefully). I said that was enough. I had waited almost 6 months to receive this coffee table had horrible service so I wanted a refund. He said that they did not give refunds and only an in-store credit plus the cost of restocking fee. I said how can you charge me a restocking fee when I never received it? I said that I didn't agree with this and that it was not settled. I went in person to the store to talk to another manager and said that I would not be satisfied unless I received a full refund. They tried to get me to take an in-store credit again and I said after the horrible experience I had with your company do you really think I would want any furniture from you? He reluctantly agreed and said it would be a couple of weeks for the accounting department to process the refund. Fortunately we were fully refunded and have never gone back there again.
